Moving Mountains is excited to offer complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.

The dramatic summits and peaks of the Ten Mile range provide an inspiring view for guests staying at Summit Peaks View. This 3,902 square foot, four-bedroom duplex is a dream location for a family vacation, sleeping up to 14 with plenty of space.

Views from the great room couldn’t be more spectacular through the vaulted, floor-to-ceiling windows. Relax on comfortable furnishings in front of the gas fireplace in the great room with a TV and game table, all open to the upper kitchen and dining areas.

Chefs will enjoy the spacious gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a bar, a gas cooktop, two ovens, and incredible views from the many windows. The nearby dining area seats eight with extra seating at the kitchen bar.

Step out to the large deck for grilling, al fresco dining, and seating in the summer months.

The spacious primary king suite is on the upper level with a TV sitting area and office area, built-in bookcases, and a fireplace. The ensuite includes a soaking tub, dual sinks, and a separate walk-in shower.

On the lower level, enjoy the family room with a sleeper sofa, large screen TV, foosball table, and wet bar plus access to the private hot tub for late-night relaxation and stargazing. Also on the lower level are three bedrooms – a king suite and another king room sharing a bath with a bunkroom the kids will love with three twin bunk beds and a whole lot of fun.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer and a two-bay garage with parking for 4 cars total.

Four-wheel drive is REQUIRED in the winter months.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.

ABOUT THE AREA
Summit Peaks View is located in the Baldy Mountain Area high above Breckenridge at 10,648 feet, just a few miles from town and 4.6 miles to the BreckConnect gondola parking lot. Guests can walk to the Boreas Pass hiking, snowshoeing, or Nordic trails just minutes from the house.

Summit Peaks View sits in a quiet neighborhood on the mountainside with panoramic views of the spectacular Ten Mile Mountain Range.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

This was our first fall visit to Breckenridge, instead of winter skiing. We loved it! The hiking and walking were a new experience in the area and we will probably be back to enjoy the weather at this time of year.

Summit Peaks View is a large, well appointed home where the family can spread out but it also offers warm gathering spaces. The primary bedroom is on the main floor and 3 additional bedrooms are on the lower level. One of the lower level bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. With the bunk room, this home would also be perfect for 2 families with kids. But you will have to flip for the main bedroom! :)

A big plus is the steam shower in the primary bathroom. This was a huge help with the low humidity as the humidifiers were not operational.

The hot tub and another family room are also on the lower level which gives the kids a separate area to hang out. This room included a fireplace, TV, wet bar and beverage fridge. It was also stocked with games, DVD's, foosball and a gaming system.

The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes if you enjoy homecooked meals. The dining table was huge! The main family room has lots of seating plus a copper topped game table for puzzles or games. There was also a nice gas fireplace.

The main selling point of this home is the view from the main room-it is beautiful! The 2 story windows frame Breckenridge resort. The deck also looks out over this view. There are chairs and a table on the deck to enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset.

This property is a 10 minute drive from town. If we were skiing we would probably load up the SUV and park at the lift. It looked like there was a shuttle nearby but it would have been a long walk.

If you have a big family this house is perfect!

I cannot even describe how amazing this place is. The hot tub was so nice and clean, the view of the mountains from inside the house was breathtaking, and the amenities are most definitely worth it. The main bathroom shower has a steam room, and the fireplaces are so cozy. I had my elopement up here and this is the best place to stay in Breck, in my opinion. Definitely recommending this place to my friends/family and going to book again. Thanks, Paragon!

Great place for a group to relax after a day of hiking

The cabin was a great spot to relax after a day of outdoor activities. We liked that there was space to spread out. The kitchen was great for cooking and we enjoyed using the grill. The hot tub was a great perk! Close enough to downtown for dinner and shopping, but nice to be a little further away from the hustle and bustle.

This was our first time renting a house for vacation. Was a bit concerned about the operations (checking in/out, food, etc). However everything went very smoothly. Really enjoyed the location and house. It's away from the noise of the town & we appreciated

Wonderful Home

Summit Peaks was perfect for our family vacation. The home is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and absolutely no signs of being used as a rental property. Plenty of space for three families to spread out. Beautiful views from the living room. The hot tub worked great, and we enjoyed it every single night! Kitchen was well furnished, and we found everything that we needed to prepare large meals each evening. Each of the three king beds slept well. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood and walking distance to the Baldy Mountain Trailhead, which was wonderful for our dogs. The heated garage had ample space for two pickups, plus all of our coolers and all of gear. In spite of record amounts of snow and the property being located at a very high altitude, we found the roads easy to navigate. Paragon was fantastic to work with and made checking in and out very convenient.
One thing to note, the home maintains a warmer temperature regardless of thermostat adjustments. Opening the doors and windows can be helpful in cooling down the house. Also, the lighting in the home is on the dim side. The owner might consider installing some LED bulbs. We would absolutely return to this beautiful property, and we look forward to working with Paragon in the future.

Spring Break 2019

The description of this rental property was right on. Spacious, gorgeous views, lay out was perfect for two families, all amenities listed were in the house. (The only issue we had was the Grill didn't work properly so the night we grilled, it took about 2 hours to cook food.. )
The property was extremely clean, all rooms were in great condition. You can tell that the rental company does a great job keeping this house looking beautiful.. I have rented other VRBO's and the pictures never get updated so when we arrive things are dated and not nearly as nice as the pictures.. This is not the case at Summit Peaks View. The pictures are spot on!!
The rental staff at Paragon rental were very helpful, courteous and professional upon our arrival. They were prepared and had everything ready when we arrived in Breck, I had asked for an early check in and late check out, both of which were allowed.
I would definitely recommend this property to other families looking for a great view of the mountains with a quiet and peaceful ambiance. There is a nice trail to hike just down from the property that we also enjoyed exploring.
The drive to Breck for skiing was amazing.. a whole 10 minutes to the Gondola.
The location is central as we also skied Keystone and Copper and the drive to both locations was a piece of cake, not more than 30 minutes. Our drive to Vail was also a very quick one from our "centralized location" at Summit Peaks.
We had a total of 10 people staying at this property and we had plenty of space!!

Great home for a large group of us!! We had 13 people and were all very cozy. The views were fantastic. The steam shower in the master bedroom was amazing!!! Definitely would recommend this house for your next Breckenridge stay. It is high up in the mountains so I would recommend lots of hydration to avoid altitude sickness

This place is wonderful. Very spacious, well laid out, and easy walking distance from many hiking/biking/skiing trails. The views are fantastic, and there are multiple great places to enjoy the scenery, including a deck looking across the valley at the Breckenridge ski mountains. Paragon, the managing company, was very responsive, even across a holiday.

I do need to mention a few items. Most importantly, the double bed in the downstairs bedroom next to the laundry room is totally blown out, and almost impossible to sleep on. My wife and I are still catching up on rest after 4 rough nights there (all other beds taken except some bunk beds). The hot tub had raw Bromine tablets sitting in it, with levels too high to even use for the first 2 days (did not want to call them on Thanksgiving Day). Once I called Paragon to let them know, the hot tub company was there very quickly. They did a half drain on the tub, then balanced the chemicals correctly; it heated back up within another 6 hours. One small thing is that there was a parental block on the cable channels, and Paragon did not have the code. It would not cost anything to take the block off, so that was a drag with a houseful of adults.

Outside of those issues, the place was absolutely perfect. Huge kitchen, palatial master bedroom suite, and plenty of entertainment areas. The heated floors were amazing, and even the garage was kept pretty warm.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summit Peaks View. The sleeping arrangements fit us very nicely and the fact that they allowed our dogs was a huge bonus. I have a 15 year old mini dachshund that HATES to be left home so Thank You. There is a great hike very close to the property as well and the views are amazing.

The house was great but as per every vacation rental there's always something that pops up. The downstairs bedroom with connect bath has a very hard bed, it's so bad that the guest in that room had to move to the bunk room with the kids. One of the windows downstairs would open slightly & then the crank stripped out, maintenance was called but never showed up. After a week those were the only issues so it's not any major issues, just a couple of inconveniences. I would rent this place again, the views were awesome!

We stayed at Summit Peaks View for our annual girls trip. The house is beautiful & we loved how open & spacious everything felt. Great grill & very well stocked kitchen, dish & appliance-wise. A little surprised there wasn't a pantry-type cabinet where you could find(& donate) some salt & pepper & the like. Great hiking & biking access nearby. Amazing views from the deck & plenty of seating. We would definitely go back. Paragon is so great to work with, we've used them for over 15 years!

Paragon did it again. Great job as always. Home worked well for us - 3 couples, 4 kids, and 2 babies. Views of Breck were awesome - can't be beat. Oversized garage was a huge plus and radiant heat was nice and warm after cold windy days on the slopes.

We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed ourselves. The view from the home is spectacular! The home is very well-maintained and very clean. There was plenty of space for everyone and the open floor plan was so awesome. It would have been nice if there were more chairs available on the decks. There was only enough room for five or six people to sit down. The side that didn't have any chairs at all but other than that everything was perfect! We would love to stay again sometime in the near future .

We very much enjoyed our stay at Summit Peaks View. The location above the hustle of the town and the cooler temperatures were great. The property was well kept up and clean with lots of room. The views from the deck and great room were special. The staff was easy to work with and offered assistance with any needs we might have had. We were able to hike and picnic in some beautiful spots and the ladies enjoyed the shopping around the county.
