Description

Enjoy easy access to shopping and dining as well as the gondola and ski access from Elliot House, located near Main Street in Breckenridge. This 4-bedroom home has plenty of rustic charm and ample space for entertaining inside and out, all with incredible views of the ski area.

Cooks will delight in the large gourmet kitchen with professional Viking appliances, 6-burner gas stovetop, large workspace, and bar seating for 5. The kitchen opens to the great room with its large stone fireplace, large sectional couch, and views from every window. An elegant dining area nearby seats 6, or access the upper deck seating area, firepit, and outdoor grill. Slip out to the private hot tub and enjoy stargazing and a peaceful Colorado evening after a fun day on the slopes or exploring nearby hiking trails.

The primary suite on the main level features a queen bed, fireplace, mountain views, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, dual shower heads, and dual sinks. The upper level has two queen suites sharing a jack and jill bathroom with access to an upper-level family room with TV and queen sleeper sofa. On the lower level, kids will enjoy the bunk room with a full over full bunk bed and an additional queen bed, with a convenient hall bathroom. Relax in the lower-level media room with its large sectional couch, fireplace, oversized TV, and wet bar.

Other amenities include a laundry room, 2-bay heated garage, and free shuttle service, just a 5-minute walk away.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

GUEST SERVICES
Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

Beautiful house. Perfect for gathering with loved ones. The house is in the perfect location if you are looking for something where you could walk into town. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I've seen in a rental home.

This place is perfect for a large group that wants easy access to the mountain. The walk to the Gondola was quick and easy enough that everyone in the group wore their ski boots on the trek. The hot tub has a great view of the slopes. Paragon was helpful and quick to respond. We had an impressive 39” of snow in 48 hours, so it was quite helpful to see Paragon had arranged a snow removal crew, which came twice to clean off the walkways around the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location - We loved being able to walk into town (5 min walk)! The house was immaculate and communication with paragon lodging was SO easy (mostly over texting!). Made questions we had a lot easier. We would absolutely stay at the Elliot house again! It was perfect.

Being only a block or two away from Main Street was incredibly convenient but also offered great privacy to be able to get away from the crowds easily. The views from the house are amazing, and the house itself is spectacular!

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The Elliot House was an incredible property. Beautiful house with a great location. Downtown is very walkable and the gondola is across the street. Next time I come to town with a group I will consider this same location.

This was such an amazing home to to spend a whole weekend in. Paragon made this so much easier then we expected great communication skills and always were there when we needed. Easy to work with and definitely a super Host!

Our stay at the Elliott House was amazing. The property was clean and at a great location. The only problem was the uncomfortable beds. They were all so hard and uncomfortable. We would have liked a king bed in the master instead of the queen. We would love to go back to the same location and property next year.
