There are two large gathering areas, one on the main floor with a huge stone fireplace and another on the lower level with a large flat-screen TV. Relax in the private outdoor hot tub after a day of skiing or spend the day in the private outdoor pool in the summer. The spaciousness and fabulous views make this a great location for a Vail vacation, winter or summer.
LAYOUT
On the main floor of the residence, you’ll find the kitchen, dining area, living area, access to the deck with the pool & hot tub, and two bedrooms. One has a split king bed with a hall bath and the other a king bed with an en suite bath. Downstairs you have the remaining 2 guest bedrooms, including the primary room, the family room, and the laundry.
SKI ACCESS
Gondola One is located about 1/2-mile walking distance from the home. The walk to town or Gondola One is downhill, and the walk is uphill on the way back to the home. There are ski lockers for rent at the base of Gondola One if you don't want to carry equipment back and forth to the house.
Guests can also walk 0.3 miles west on Forest Road to Born Free Run and ski to Lionshead Village.

Outdoor amenities include a hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool, and parking for 2 vehicles (no on-street parking). WiFi is available for connectivity.
SHUTTLE
Coming Winter 2024/2025: This home will enjoy complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, from mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with coffee filters, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
