Welcome to Mountain Memories, a spacious 5,594-square-foot home nestled along the Nordic trails on Peak 8 in Breckenridge, offering exceptional mountain luxury and comfort. Stylish and chic, this modern mountain beauty offers upscale rustic design with custom touches and beautiful wood accents.

Relax and enjoy the stunning great room with its vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV, and comfortable couches. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light and bring the beauty of the outdoors in.

A large gourmet kitchen will inspire the cooks in your group with professional appliances, two large islands with bar seating an oversized refrigerator, and a freezer. The kitchen opens to two dining areas, side by side, with seating for up to 16. After dinner, cozy up in the adjacent fireside nook, a unique and cozy space to spend time with family and recap the day's adventures.

The main level offers convenient private office space for those needing to sneak in some work while on vacation. A spacious mudroom offers plenty of storage for all your winter gear. Step out on the back patio and find the private hot tub and gas fire pit complete with custom seating made from recycled skis.

On the main level is a beautiful primary suite with a king bed, TV, and beautiful ensuite complete with dual-sink vanity, large soaking tub, and separate walk-in steam shower. Six spacious and nicely furnished bedrooms are located on the upper level, each with TVs, and include a king room with an attached bathroom, and three more king bedrooms with shared baths. Kids will enjoy the bunkroom with Xbox and TV and a twin bedroom for more sleeping options.

The lower level offers entertainment galore with foosball, billiards, 80-inch television with theater-style seating, pinball as well as other arcade games. In addition, enjoy the Xbox, Nintendo, and various board games for evenings indoors. There is certainly something for everyone in this luxurious mountain ski home.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, and a 2-bay heated garage with parking for 5 cars total. Please note that street parking is prohibited.

ABOUT THE AREA
Located on Peak 8 in the Christine Heights Subdivision, Mountain Memories is set along the pristine Nordic ski trails. A pass to access the trails is available at the nearby Breckenridge Nordic Center. A quick 5-minute walk (.2 mile) will get you to the Free Skier Bus Stop which will transport you to the Base of Peak 8 in minutes.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

GUEST SERVICES
Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

All the rooms were super clean and house was incredibly spacious-plenty of room for a large extended family trip. Each room has a Colorado piece of art that really made us feel like we were in a ski lodge or resort, right down to the recycled ski and snowboard Adirondack chairs outside. We spent a few meals eating in and had the necessary dishes and cookware provided for us (as a proclaimed chef myself, I was excited to get into that kitchen!). We had many game nights between the pool table down stairs and the plethora of board games provided (we even learned how to play poker!). There was a grill and fire pit that we took advantage of and were very easy to use. The fire pit was super convenient as we did not have to wait for the fire to die down before heading inside. This location was a less than 5 minute drive to town, a less than 10 minute walk to the gondola and steps away from the trails. Great place for families or large of group of friends. Our trip was in the summer and I cannot wait to come back again for the winter activities!

First class amenities for the whole family to enjoy, within walking distance to hiking trails in and around Breckenridge, to the Gondola ride directly into the downtown shops, cafes and restaurants. The house is full equipped with everything you need from: clean sheets, fresh towels, gourmet kitchen, family board & card games, movie & game room (foosball & pool tables, arcaded games), jacuzzi, steamed shower, barbecue grill, gas fire pit (kids loved the S’mores) … all you need to bring is your toothbrush! Plus, the home is centrally located for easy access trips to Dillion Lake for boating, to Canon City for white water rafting & Royal Gorge Bridge, to biking up to Vail or Copper Mountain, to amazing hikes right out of town (Carter Park, Sawmill or Burro Trials).  We are already planning to return in 2022. The whole family highly recommends Mountain Memories as the go to Colorado family vacation destination.

I had the absolute pleasure of bringing my family to this magnificent home for the 2nd time. I can not wait to see what the 15th or 30th visit has in store for us. This home is just perfect on many levels.  It is a mile away from the famous Main Street and walking distance to peak 8 to ski or drop the kids off to ski school. The best part is the cross country ski track is outside the back door.  I always recommend anyone that's traveling to Breckenridge to stay in this home. You will NOT be disappointed. There isnt anything this home doesn't have for any guest. Everything is professionally kept and you will be amazed to see the amount of pots, pans, dishes, appliances, games, sleds, firewood that they provide. Just simply show up and start enjoying yourselves.  Thanks again for another amazing family vacation mountain memories!

We stayed at Mountain Memories and enjoyed the house with friends. The location was perfect and nestled in the trees. It is close to the Nordic trail and has easy drivable access to Peak 8. 
The house was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and the basement had a pool table, foosball and mini arcade. The adults enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, fireplace, and sitting outside in the hot tub. We have stayed a lot of places in Breckenridge and this was by far our favorite!!

This house is ideal for a long getaway with family and friends. My kids made memories of a lifetime - from ski lessons on peak 8 just minutes away, to hot tub time with friends and game nights with the adults, it was a memorable experience all around. The house offers something for all ages and is perfectly located. And the beds were sooo comfy! I even purchased the bedding for my house! The house was clean and very accommodating. We will definitely visit again... and again.

Everything you could imagine in a Colorado vacation home! Had something for the whole family...from the game room in the basement, jacuzzi, to the fire pit outside. Not to mention walking distance to the Breckenridge gondola and downtown area. The house was equipped with everything you can ask for. Staying here made my experience in Breckenridge that much better and would definitely return. I would recommend the rental property forcanyone looking for an incredible Colorado getaway, 10/10.

We were flying in very late and Paragon Lodging made it quick and easy way for us to access the house. The details on how to access things throughout the house were also very specific and helpful!
The house was CLEAN!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. Hotel-style clean!! White crisp linens, clean bedding, comfy king size bed, queen and additional bunk beds for kids, fresh towels and the basement smelled like it was brand new. 
The property has tons of space for eating, entertainment and they provided us with about 20+ board games to choose from.  The arcade room in the basement was a big hit with our group. After a long day on the slopes, it's nice to avoid the chaos downtown and stay in for the night with great entertainment.  
Big-screen TVs are in every room with all the TV stations you could want. The breakfast nook for additional space to entertain was great. 
The bedrooms have AMAZING beds (hotel-style living), great views of the woodland area in the back yard, mountain view  + a bathroom for every 2 bedrooms. The Jacuzzi views are 10-stars!! You get to see the entire mountain and if you like to cross-country ski there is a trail directly behind the house. If you do not rent a car no worries, this property is very close to Peak 8 and is accessible by Uber/Lyft and the town ski shuttle. 
I would HIGHLY recommend renting this property, you will not be disappointed! If I could give higher than 5-stars I would.

This is a great luxury house that can comfortably fit multiple families. The home is a beautiful location in the mountains that is close to town and to the slopes. The kitchen is very large, utensils and dishes are updated. We loved the basement which had a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games and video games. This is a fabulous house and would recommend it to anyone!!

We had seven guys stay in this house comfortably for a ski trip.   There was plenty of space for all of us with room to spare.  The house was spacious, comfortable and well-stocked with everything we need for a comfortable stay.  The hot tub was hot and easy to access.  And the game room was amazing.   So much fun to hang out, play pool, pinball, foosball and other game room games.   The location was perfect too.   Just a short trip down to the gondola or up to Peak 9 parking.   Check-in and out was fast and easy too.   I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any large group looking for luxury and convenience.  Five stars.

The layout of the house and the number of spacious rooms really made it ideal for our group of seven business owners.  Every area of the house was in impeccable condition.  We were able to maneuver easily with our rented SUV’s in and out of the garage for loading and unloading.  The house is incredibly convenient to town and the slopes.  The kitchen was perfect, fully stocked and worked perfectly for our hired caterer for one night, and as our resident chef, I truly enjoyed preparing and cooking in this chef’s quality kitchen.

The basement game room provided hours of entertainment each evening.  All of the A/V in the house worked flawlessly which really helped our retreat progress smoothly.  We all just wanted to express how incredibly happy we were with the house and how we cannot wait to come back.  Thanks you to you and your team for everything and can’t wait to get back to Breck!

I just returned from a week long stay at Mountain Memories.  This is my third time renting a large home in Breckenridge and this is by far our favorite place.  I can really tell they put time into both big and small details to make you feel at home.  The home was recently updated with new furniture, appliances, and kitchenware.  The kitchen is HUGE and equipped with anything we could think of.  We spent a bunch of time playing in the game/theater room.  The all in one arcade game and pinball was a hit along with the pool table and foosball.  The large hot tub came in handy for sore ski muscles.  There are board games, sleds, so much more to make our stay fun and comfortable.

The location is perfect, it is just a five minute drive to Main Street, peak 8 parking and a free shuttle stop is short walk at the end of the block.  We were lucky enough to get 30 inches of fresh powder while we were there…..the skiing in Breck is always great. 

I’m planning to come back with three other families this summer, the house is more then big enough to accommodate the 17 of us.  Thanks Mountain Memories for giving us a great new place to stay in Breck, can’t wait to come back.

Mountain Memories is the perfect place to spend your vacation.  The home looks newly remodeled with everything you could hope for and more.  

The master bedroom is on the main floor with an amazing bathroom that includes a large bathtub.  It gives you lots of privacy while having all of your friends or family close by.  The second floor is filled with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.  The “kids room” stands outs at Mountain Memories and is unlike anything else you can find.  The room is enormous with two sets of bunkbeds, a trundle bed, bean bags, a television, and gaming console.   The kids loved this room and loved bedtime.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and there are multiple seating areas for eating.  The kitchen opens up the main room, which has a fire place and large flat screen television.  This is where most of the adults spent their time while relaxing in the home.  Downstairs was filled with fun.  Theater seating in front of a flat screen tv, pinball, foosball, and a pool table are some of the options downstairs.  The kids could spend hours in this area of the home.

Everyone’s favorite spot was the backyard.  Every night we spent some time in the hot tub.  It was clean, new, and relaxing while surrounded by snow.  There is also an amazing seating around a large firepit perfect for making smores.

This is the perfect home whether you want to bring your family or just get away with a group of friends.  You will be glad you picked Mountain Memories for your Breckenridge vacation.

There aren’t enough superlatives in the dictionary to describe this house and the family vacation we had there. Let’s start with the location.  The house is within a short driving distance to Main Street, gondola parking and many (if not all) local amenities.  Our family is from Florida so the terrain was more than manageable to navigate. 

The house itself is immaculate and fully furnished with regional décor and comfortable furniture.  Each room allows bedding arrangements for all sorts for family or social gatherings.  Fully stocked game room was a blast for the entire family.  If board games aren’t your thing, the basement theater let us enjoy billiards, pinball and surround sound theater fun.  An unexpected bonus was soft, warm blankets on each couch for us to keep warm.  Each bathroom was fully stocked with towels and toiletries.  Electric fireplace in the game room turned on at the touch of a button.  The great room fireplace kept the entire room toasty with fully stocked fire wood and Firestarter kits even a novice could use.  Mattresses and bedding were more than comfortable to give us a great nights sleep just like we were at home.  I’ve saved the best for last which was the kitchen – fully stocked with dishes, glassware, appliances and anything you could imagine needing to host a small or large scale meal for your group.  There was fancy dishware for the adults and plastic dishes for the kids.  The kitchen was equiped fully and everything located in an easily accessible location.  Anything we needed was already there or just a call away from the folks at Paragon.

Outside was a beautifully decorated patio area with a gas fireplace, perfect for smores, and awesome patio furniture made out of previously used skis, snowboards and ski lifts.  The hot tub was probably one of our favorite amenities of the house.  Easy to use and always hot.  The garage is stocked with sleds and snow toys for kids and adults.  Driveway and patio are shoveled by staff after any snowfall which was a wonderful convenience.  Other than bringing your own clothes and food, this house has everything you need for a fun, relaxing and wonderful vacation.  The Mountain Memories lodge will always hold a special place in our hearts as it was our kids first time seeing snow.  I would not hesitate to recommend this house for friends or family to use in the future.  We are forever grateful to Paragon Lodging for an amazing experience.  Book now, I promise you wont regret it!

My husband and I had an amazing time at Mountain Memories. It is situated in a fantastic location, convenient to everything. The home itself was so warm, cozy and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed evenings by the fireplace and loved looking out the many windows to watch the snow come down. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had a huge closet to store our things. My husband loved the game room and had a great time playing pool and pinball! We loved the open layout with the kitchen and the family room. Everything in this home was top notch. We cannot wait to return - possibly in the summertime!

My recent stay at Mountain Memories was an experience I will never forget. The accommodations were first class with cozy and spacious bedrooms, an enormous fully equipped gourmet kitchen, plenty of space for family get-togethers as well as alone space and a view of the mountains that was like a postcard. I especially enjoyed the fireplaces, game room and of course the hot tub. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. And the location was top notch, right down the road for Peak 8. Vacationing with a 3 generation family can be a challenge, but this home met all of our needs! I can't wait to return!

We could not have asked for a more memorable way to ring in the new year. Mountain Memories is centrally located to everything we wanted to do while in Breckenridge. Being 1 mile away from Main street surly has its plusses as well. Everyone knows parking on main street could be a nightmare, but not when you’re 1 mile away. Quick uber or scenic walk and you’re in the thick of things. The home itself is impeccable. We were there for the holidays so the decor was festive and beautiful - Amy at Summit Homes Services does a spactacular job. I would strongly recommend anyone that is vacationing in Breck to take a look at this home for their stay. The kids will love the games in the basement as well. Long story short this is a very warm and cozy home, you will enjoy every second. Another plus is that nothing broke and we had plenty of clean linens the entire stay - thank you Paragon!

I had the pleasure of spending part of the 2019 holiday season at Mountain Memories with family who gathered from all across the continental United States to celebrate. The house has EVERYTHING that you and your family could ask for. The kitchen has all the essentials needed to cook any and all meals and sits right off the living space so those who are cooking don’t feel segregated from those enjoying their apres ski libations. The game room in the basement is an awesome retreat for kids, but also for adults - it has a huge TV,  gaming consoles, a pool table/ping pong table, and arcade games. The guestrooms had plenty of clean linens, towels, blankets, etc. and the beds were extremely comfortable! Each room has its own Smart TV with Netflix capability and all the channels you could ask for. Having little phone service is always a problem in the mountains, but provided the houses high-speed interent, it was a non-issue which was great. The backyard abuts the Nordic trails and its awesome that everyone who skis by waves and says hello! The kids were able to play outside and build snowmen and have snowball fights, while the parents watched from indoors because of the large windows in the living space (which also provide quite the view). My favorite part of the house was the firepit in the backyard, where we would spend nights drinking wine and toasting marshmallows after a long day on the slopes. If it got too cold, the kids would set-up next to one of the house’s two fireplaces and play different board games. The location of the house is also excellent;  it is about a 5 minute drive to the center of town and less than a 5 minute drive to Peak 8! I highly recommend this home and Paragon Lodging; we look forward to our next trip to Breckenridge where we will undoubtedly book our accommodations at Mountain Memories again.

Mountain Memories was beyond all of my expectations in every single way! The owners have literally thought of everything. I cooked Christmas Eve dinner for 25 people in the AMAZING kitchen and had every utensil, gadget, pot, pan, etc I needed and more...including a stand mixer! This was seriously the BEST stocked kitchen of any rental home we've stayed in by a long shot. There are even really nice serving dishes. It felt like I was cooking in my home. All of the beds were super comfy, plenty of towels and really everything you could want or need! 
We stayed in the house with 14 people, including 5 children, and it never felt crowded. The kids all LOVE the bunk room and the arcade games & pinball downstairs. There are tons of board games, puzzles and even a new hot tub... nobody was ever bored! You also cannot beat the location. It's just far enough away where you can enjoy some quiet time and maybe even see a fox or a moose in the backyard (we did!)...but it's also maybe a mile to downtown, so everything is easily accessible. The gondola is also a short walk/trek away which makes going skiing super easy. The backyard is literally on the cross country ski trail. 
If you are looking for luxury with all of the comforts of home, this is the house! We cannot wait to go back, our trip was magical! Thank you!!

Sunrise from the backyard view was the Slopes/Trails of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Sunlight glistening off the pure white mountain ranges was delightful. We loved the large kitchen with lots of room and the long dining table, for our whole family! There was plenty of cookware/dishes in the kitchen that we had whatever we needed: griddle, crock pot, spices, etc. They even provided a Keurig, popcorn and hot chocolate- great touch! From the back yard it was ski in ski out house for the Nordic trails but it was maybe a 2 min drive over to Breckenridge ski resort when we went snowboarding. Amazing game room downstairs for the kids and adults. This was very handy when it came to some family members wanting to be away from the loud kids. We would definitely would stay here again.

We reserved Mountain Memories for a girls getaway and absolutely loved it! Each of us had our own spacious room, with a bathroom attached. The Kitchen was immaculate and well equipped with every appliance you could think of. The large islands made it a perfect place to come together as a group and catch up. 

The décor gives the house a rustic feel and the large windows allow for a perfect view of the Nordic Trail; along with the amazing views in the living room. There is a beautiful stone fireplace, large flat screen TV with a sound system, and comfortable seating for everyone.

My favorite part was the location! The gondola is only a 5 minute walk from the backyard, so there is easy access to restaurants, shops and mountain activities. Incredibly convenient, especially if you want to have a few drinks with family or friends.

WE HAD AN ABSOLUTE BLAST and this house made our girls getaway even more memorable! I highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Breckenridge!

Such a beautiful house inside and out! Perfectly located on the Nordic trail, close to the gondolas, and just a 5-minute ride into town. Stayed a few days for a girl’s trip and the amenities were fantastic. Everything you need for a home away from home. Definitely will be back with my family, as the house is big enough to fit multiple families and kid friendly!

Mountain Memories was absolutely fabulous! It has plenty of space and every possible amenity one could hope to have on site. The home was well appointed; every detail considered. The king sized beds were comfortable and each bedroom was spacious and warm. The hot tub was a perfect spot to unwind from the day and the rec room downstairs is ideal for watching your favorite sports game! Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a ski home in Breckenridge!

Our trip was nothing short of a winter wonderland experience. This vacation home is nestled in the mountains just a few short minutes from the Gondola and downtown area. This spacious home was able to accommodate two families with extra rooms to spare! With children ranging from 2-13, there were activities in the home to keep everyone busy and content from a downstairs game room (I couldn’t pull my kids away from the pinball machine and table tennis to outside toys with shovels and sleds). This cozy home has two fireplaces, one in the living room and one in a nook with a table where you can enjoy meals or game nights. We hired a private chef one night and he was impressed by all the amenities in the kitchen; there was not one appliance or item overlooked. Each of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The sheets were so soft, my husband has sent me on a mission to find and purchase some from our own home. I cannot say enough about this vacation home and Breckenridge. We cannot wait to come back.

We just got back from the Mountain Memories property and had the best time!! The home has everything you could ever need and really makes your vacation stress-free. We stayed in the home with another family and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the game room downstairs (so did the adults!) and we loved hanging out in the breakfast/game room with the fireplace. The owners really thought of everything when they furnished and stocked this home. The location can’t be beat! It’s a two-minute drive to Main Street in Breckinridge and just a few minutes to the gondola. A truly amazing vacation home!!!

I just wanted to share that we had such an amazing time last week at Mountain Memories. It was our 4-year-olds first time seeing snow and snowboarding and the rental was absolutely perfect. He had his own room and so much space to play when we weren’t outside running around. The place was super clean and had more amenities for us than we had expected. From the soap for the dishwasher and washer unit to the crazy amount of pots and pans available, it was great. Thank you again! 5 stars, we will definitely stay again.

Memories - a perfect name for this remarkable spot. The convenience of this home from the mountain is wonderful!! A 5 min drive to the parking lot to ride the gondola up to ski lessons for my 4 year old son was ideal. The game room down stairs & kids room upstairs kept him plenty entertained. There were four adults and three children during our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need to make meals there. I can’t get over the magnificent views of the mountains from all windows of the home!! The home is so welcoming & cozy. Once my little one went down at night, we were able to enjoy the hot tub. Overall, couldn’t be any happier - superb vacation home to stay at & we’ll definitely be returning.

The Mountain Memories home is the perfect location for our family ski & winter adventures in Breckenridge CO. The home is warm, inviting, spacious & comfortable providing all the accommodations needed for a large family trip. There was plenty of comfy spaces from the oversized kitchen, family living & dining rooms, to the king-sized bedrooms and game room. The home is centrally located on a quiet street only 5 minute drive to Peak 8, 10min scenic walk to the BreckConnect Gondola and easy access to skiing. The management staff members are courteous & very helpful. We would highly recommend this Five Star home! We will definitely be back.

We picked this ski house to allow 3 other families join us for a great ski week. The house/bed situation was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this place. We ended up doing a "personal shuttle" to get folks to the mountain, which worked great such that only 1 person had to take the bus (1/4 mile walk but hard w/ little kids). Kitchen was amazing, downstairs gaming was great for kids (ours were 6 through 15 years old). The hot tub and steam shower in the master bath were perfect for warming up after a long day on the mountain. Only slight drawbacks were we had to ask housekeeping to clean the sheets on one bed, and the "always ready" steam shower ended up making the bathroom too warm (much better than the alternative).

My friends and I booked this house for a one week trip in March. To begin with the communication with the management company was fantastic. The house is impeccably designed and offers ample sleeping arrangements. The house and location are absolutely ideal but it was all the little things That made such a difference. It was so well stocked with supplies and fun amenities. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and everything was so tasteful. We loved the throwback hockey game the arcade center, and the TVs were all modern and large. It was like having a playhouse that was super warm and just ultra comfortable. Great views, loved the hot tub, and it was just so easy to get to and from the mountain base We would definitely book again. Can’t recommend enough.

Our stay at Mountain Memories was more than we could have ever expected. We had our family of 16 celebrating Christmas early. The house was perfect. The kitchen has every gadget and cooking item you would need for a large crowd. We are a big game-playing family too. I brought so many, and the house had them all there. It had the perfect cozy set up for meals and or games. All the rooms, beds, and bedding were so comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.

Had a great experience at the Mountain Memories house. It has pretty much everything you need from a chef perspective - only missing cookie baking sheets - it did have pizza sheets. House was large enough to accommodate group of 15+ easily. Large backyard and hot tub. Only issues we ran into were that the grill top came unscrewed and slight leak of lubricant on the mini bar fridge. Beds were very comfortable and each room had plenty of space. Gameroom was awesome for the kids along with the playstation and space in the kids room.

The house was so perfectly prepped when we arrived. Every kitchen appliance that we could EVER need!!! I would say my only issue would be with the owners bed. It wasn't the most comfortable.
We loved how close we were to the gondola and the kids loved the back yard.

We do a yearly trip on President's Day weekend and this has been by far our favorite of all the houses we have stayed in. It has a dream kitchen and the layout and bedroom situation makes it perfect for any large group!

We had a wonderful time and the house was amazing! We had 13 adults and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy! The outdoor patio was great with a perfect view of the mountains. We held a summer gathering for 13 family members from various parts of the country, and the Mountain Memories home fit our needs perfectly. All adult couples were accommodated with king-size beds, teens had ample room in the bunk/recreation area, and younger children were situated in a safe, cozy room next to their parents' king suite. Bathrooms were spacious with all the amenities a family could need. There was plenty of space for all in the large family room adjacent to the enormous, exceptionally well stocked kitchen. The basement was decked out with arcade games, a pinball machine, a pool table, foosball table, and a theater seating area for watching the wide screen TV. The neighborhood where the Mountain Memories home was located was quiet and serene, and only a short walk to/from the Peak 8 gondola. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Paragon Lodging management staff members were courteous and professional, and our interactions with them were a pleasure. We would definitely recommend this home and the company to anyone searching for Breckenridge accommodations.

Mountain Memories was the perfect home for our family of 8 adults and 7 children. The layout offered everything we needed to cook, play, relax and sleep. We loved the huge gourmet kitchen, the bunk room with lots of room for cousins, and bedrooms with ensuite baths or baths next door. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the basement gameroom and all the board games upstairs.Having the Nordic trail just out the backdoor made for convenient daily hikes.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Check-in was easy. The house was huge and in a great location - although not ski in or out so plan to drive to the slopes. Great for families with kids because there is a basement with lot's of games. We utilized them to fully stock the house with food and drinks ahead of time which was very convenient.

We had a large group stay here for our annual ski trip and had a fantastic time. The over sized kitchen and living area was perfect for the group get together and we were actually able to sit 20 people at the dinner table. The location is great- 5 minute drive to peak 8 or ~10min walk to free skier shuttle. The kitchen is perfectly stocked and the hot tub was beautiful at the end of the ski day.
The property management company was very accommodating and helpful. 10/10 would recommend this home!

Wow what a wonderful place to stay in Breckenridge!

This home has everything you could wish for - we loved playing Pinball and finding our childhood favorite computer games like Defender on the full size arcade console, plus the obligatory pool tournament. The hot tub was lovely with its soothing colored lights changing colors, ahh so relaxing :) The extra den was great so some people could play the many & new board games - Harry Potter was very popular!

We couldn't believe how large & well equipped the kitchen was. It had every appliance we needed & many more and was so spacious which helped when several of us tried to "help" with dinner!

Our master suite was beautifully furnished with a large bathroom & walk in wardrobe and the bed was very comfy with nice linens. Behind the home were cross country trails and it was lovely to see open space & the occasional skier glide gracefully by.

Overall a great experience & beautiful home!

Mountain Memories was not only an extremely clean, updated and newly furnished home, but it is also, in my opinion, at the best location being on the Nordic Trail. I stayed there with some of my friends for a girls weekend and I was blown away by all of the amenities. The kitchen was loaded with so many extras from a waffle maker, panini press, Vitamix to an air fryer just to name a few items on top of all the normal necessities you would find in a rental. We had a great time cooking together! We played pool in the spacious game room then relaxed and watched movies in the very comfortable theater chairs. The bedrooms were all spacious, and one of my friends even opted to stay in the bunk bed since she thought the room was so cute how it was laid out which included super cute and fun green chairs situated around the TV and game consoles. I can’t forget all the time we spent playing board games; the house was loaded with them and puzzles.

We spent a ton of our time outside where the view was breathtaking. This house is literally in the backyard of the mountain and we were able to see the ski hills and snow-covered trees. A highlight was reminiscing for hours and sitting around the gas fire pit with Colorado inspired chairs made from skies and snowboards. On one of the mornings, after we woke up, we opted to walk out of the back door and did a 3-mile hike through the Nordic Trail. It was amazing and extremely convenient.

In short, I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a spacious and immaculate rental that is in a prime location and walking distance to the Gondolas.
