Description

This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Please note that the shuttle is not able to go up the driveway and will safely pick up guests at the street level.

Located in the prominent Highlands subdivision of Breckenridge, Switchback Lodge has undergone an extensive and exciting remodel, offering luxurious mountain living and the perfect combination of mountain privacy and proximity to historic downtown, a short 5-minute drive.

Renowned for its spectacular mountain views, unparalleled luxury, and convenience to hiking, skiing, and town, this 6,200-square foot home includes remarkable architectural design and attention to detail. The home is situated on 4.5 beautiful acres, backing up to the National Forest and endless hiking trails.

An open-concept main floor is magazine-worthy with spectacular beams and high ceilings, modern lighting, hardwood floors, and stylish decor. New tall windows in the front of the house bring the mountains and plenty of natural light inside, allowing guests to relax and soak in the views.

The outside beckons with a new expansive covered deck, a sought-after feature in luxury homes, to celebrate the surrounding beauty and relax in contemporary outdoor furniture. Enjoy a new gas grill and outdoor seating to dine al fresco with friends and family.

A completely new spacious gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, double sinks, and plenty of wow factor. A chef’s dream, this beautiful space has both a center island and a wrap-around bar with ample workspace and extra seating for onlookers. The kitchen opens to a sophisticated dining area with seating for eight.

The lower level at Switchback Lodge is just as spectacular with a cozy and chic family room with plush couches and a new 85-inch TV and home theater system, the perfect place for family movie night or to watch the big game. Try your hand at billiards or cards at the game table and enjoy a beautiful wet bar with a sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, and seating for four. Just outside on the lower patio is a private hot tub, where you can soak weary muscles beneath a starry sky.

Switchback Lodge sleeps 12 with its five exquisite bedroom suites, all with TVs. On the main level is the impressive primary king suite with new wood floors, a fireplace, and a sitting area with stunning views. An indulgent ensuite bath has a soaking tub, dual sinks, beautiful tilework, a bidet, and a dual walk-in shower. A beautiful king suite on the main level has an ensuite.

Remote workers will love the new private office space on the upper level with a separate access stairway. This gorgeous space has a built-in desk, a fireplace, and panoramic views of the Tenmile Range. In addition, there are five other workstations around the house with ultra-high-speed WIFI, creating the ideal work environment for remote workers and longer rentals.

On the lower level is another king suite, a queen suite, and a bunk room, each with its own ensuite bath. Other amenities include a laundry room and parking for 4 cars. Four-wheel drive is REQUIRED in the winter months.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

GUEST SERVICES
Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

The entire staff of Moving Mountains was cheerful, professional and very reactive to all of our needs. They helped us get lift tickets, arranged cleaning services, and arranged for us to have our equipment and luggage shipped and sent straight to our home. I highly recommend using them for renters or homeowners!

Wonderfull spacious and extremely well appointed hope with high quality finishes and exceptional spaces to converse, dine and generally enjoy each other's company. Very impressed with all the home had to offer. The pictures of the home look grand on the website and in real life, delivered beyond expectations. The only bummer part was the outdoor cooking experience is really nonexistent as the grill was simply a stand up Webber gas grill that wouldn't even heat up. I feel a home of this stature should have an outdoor kitchen or at least a high end Grill. That would be the one and only shortcoming. Every other aspect of the home was 5 star. The home was exceptionally clean and the furniture and bedding was superior. We hope to book again.

We spent one month in Grace Manor and we found the home and the management company to be exceptional. The home was beautiful and very clean. There were a few minor problems and Paragon responded quickly to see that those were resolved. We particularly liked the fact that there were three bedroom/bath areas with double sinks and plenty of bathrooms for the bunk room area. This was critical with both teenage boys and girls who want their own separate bathrooms. The views were amazing and our only disappointment was that there weren't larger outdoor areas for a table and chairs.

We would highly recommend this home.

What a lovely home with beautiful views. We were looking to get away and spend time as a family over the holiday. The home was beautifully decorated, had rooms for everyone and overlooked the Breckenridge slopes. It's conveniently located, just about 5 mins away from Breckenridge and about 15 mins from Keystone. At your Breck & Call had our groceries in place before we arrived -- great service! During COVID, we felt save, distanced from others, yet were able to enjoy the holiday!

We just got done spending 5 days in Breck and we LOVED Grace Manor. The neighborhood is only a couple minute drive to downtown Breck, the house is wide open and fantastic for large families, and Paragon went out of their way to clear off the very long driveway right before we got there. Good sized bedrooms, awesome views, and everything we could ask for - Grace Manor wont disappoint!

This house was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and comfortable, and the view of the mountain never got old. It was very convenient to town and the mountain, and the neighborhood overall was great minus the obnoxious neighbor who called within a minute to complain when the outdoor music accidentally went on Saturday afternoon. Our only complaint with the house was the WiFi. It basically didn’t work. Other than that, the furniture was large and comfortable, and the hot tub was exactly what we needed after a day on the slopes.

Everything was exceptional and wonderful wonderful with the exception of the hot tub maintenance company entering the home without letting us know. We do not think this would happen again though after notifying Paragon! Location was beautiful and home was great- we would definitely stay again. With two large families and kids the space was perfect! The kids enjoyed being inside and outside of the home and there was always something to do! Washer and dryer may need to be cleaned and serviced - didn’t seam to wash and clothes took 3 cycles to dry... but again that’s minor and can happen with age of washers and dryers. The view was outstanding and hard to beat for sure!!!! Would highly recommend this property!

I highly recommend this vacation rental and using Paragon Lodging for your rental needs in Breckinridge, CO. Paragon was super easy to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. They have numerous homes to rent for all of your needs. The Grace Manor was the specific home we rented. We had a group of 12 and this house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to spread out and each have our own area. It is a beautiful home- nicely decorated- with big windows to enjoy the mountains. The kitchen is massive and has everything you might need. The house is approximately 5 min from town. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, poker table, and bar downstairs. I can't say it enough how much I highly recommend renting this home!

Our extended family of 13 thoroughly enjoyed staying at Grace Manor. The two living areas, one with a pool table, suited the needs of the group well. Cooking in the large, well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure and the open concept living/dining/kitchen allowed for plenty of interaction. Two cribs fit in walk-in closets, so babies had good rest and that made everyone's trip more enjoyable. If we had had a consistent internet connection, that would have been ideal. Several maintenance issues were not addressed after they were reported early in our stay.

Wonderful home for a large group. Beautiful home in a great location. The cost was less than hotel rooms for a group this large and the lodge setting was perfect for a family reunion. We will be coming back.

We were back for our second spring at Grace Manor and were not disappointed. Our kids and grandkids and friends came and went during our month-long stay and Grace Manor couldn't have been more accommodating. It's roomy and outfitted for large dinner parties. It's also close to downtown restaurants and shopping and the gondola. And the view of the mountain peaks when the sun is shining on them in the early morning is awesome!

We lived in Grace Manor for a month. We loved several things about it. It's close to downtown and the ski area. It has spectacular views. Grace Manor is well appointed and comfortable.

Our family gathering was a large group but was comfortably accommodated in this spacious, lovely home. The management company was very professional and thorough; and the home had everything we needed to complete our recreational vacation. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house - we enjoyed it. worked well for our " handicapped Son.Four teenage boys enjoyed the downstairs. .. Only real problem was parkinf for three cars.
