Moving Mountains is excited to offer complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.

Welcome to Mountain Joy, located just north of historic downtown Breckenridge, featuring unstoppable views of the Breckenridge ski area and the Ten Mile Range, this 5-bedroom home has everything you need and more to make your vacation memorable.

A beautiful great room boasts high ceilings and large windows, allowing abundant natural light and sightlines to stunning mountain views you will see from comfortable couches and two recliners while you enjoy time with family. A large stone fireplace is another focal point, making this open space perfect for entertaining. A large kitchen invites the cooks in your group to utilize ample workspace, a center island with seating and plenty of counterspace to serve up family meals. A dining area nearby has seating for eight, or off the kitchen is a breakfast nook with seating for six and a small desk area.

In warmer months, plan on al fresco dining outside on a large deck with a dining table, gas grill and plenty of seating to soak up the sunshine and views. Continue down the wrap-around deck to a firepit with seating and a private hot tub for a well-deserved dip after a long day of adventure. S'mores and star gazing anyone?

On this level is the primary bedroom with a king bed, gas fireplace, TV, breathtaking mountain views and a beautiful ensuite bath with a soaking tub. A laundry room is nearby for your convenience.

On the upper level is a loft area overlooking the great room and views with a rowing machine, sitting area and a desk, perfect for remote working, exercise, or to escape with a good book. Remote workers will enjoy fiber optic high speed internet.

Downstairs is where the fun continues with a large recreation and movie room, complete with a foosball table, a wet bar, gas fireplace, and projection screen for family movie night. A large cozy couch is perfect for relaxing and two swivel recliners allow users to enjoy both the conversation and the incredible views, which can be seen from all the downstairs rooms as well, a true ski vacation dream. Guests will enjoy three king bedrooms on this level and one double twin room, each with its own TV. Two of the rooms have desks with ergonomic chairs, perfect for school or remote work. A second washer and dryer is also on this level.

Other amenities include a garage for one car, driveway parking for 2 cars, private fiber optic 800 mbps internet, Sonos sound system, two half bathrooms and four recliners, two upstairs and two downstairs. Four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months.

With the spectacular mountain views seen throughout this home and all the amenities and convenience you were looking for on your ski vacation, Mountain Joy is sure to make your Colorado vacation memorable.

ABOUT THE AREA
Located just north of historic downtown Breckenridge in the Peak 7 neighborhood, Mountain Joy is a convenient 5-minute drive to Main Street's many dining options, shopping, and family-friendly activities. Return home and enjoy the stunning views and private, quiet surroundings. The legendary ski slopes of the Breckenridge Ski Resort are just 2 miles away, accessible by shuttle. Golf, fishing, tennis, XC skiing and hiking trails are nearby, creating something for everyone.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

GUEST SERVICES
Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

IN-HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

We just finished a week’s stay at this incredible house. Every detail was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was quiet and away from spring break craziness. Moving Mountains was over the top on customer service. One of the best perks was the shuttle. The app was easy to use and they picked you up from your driveway. So easy!! Thrilled…

Our group had the best time skiing in Breckenridge! The home we stayed in through Moving Mountains called Mountain Joy was beautiful and spacious! The private hot tub was the perfect way to relax & unwind after our days on the slopes and the media/game room was made for late-night fun. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking full meals and the Moving Mountains staff were superb. They answered us quickly with any questions or issues we had before and during our stay. We have to say though the true “hidden gem” of the whole weekend was the Moving Mountains shuttle. It was so easy to schedule rides on the app, the drivers were all very friendly and it was as close to ski in ski out as you could get when staying a couple of miles from the Breck resort. We will definitely rent from Moving Mountains again!
