Welcome to Boulder Vista! This beautiful 5-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot custom home is the ultimate mountain vacation retreat, just minutes from the base area of Peak 8. Step into this luxury chateau and you'll enjoy true contemporary mountain living at its finest.

A stunning entry with stone walls and flagstone flooring sets the tone for this magnificent home. With loads of bright natural light, cathedral ceilings, and windows, the great room provides a comfortable and chic space to gather with a two-sided fireplace, flat-screen TV, and stylish furnishings. Access to the front deck offers more seating in warmer months in a beautiful, wooded setting.

A show-stopper gourmet kitchen has all the wow factor you can dream up with an elongated waterfall countertop island with elegant bar seating, shining stainless steel Thermador appliances, and a gourmet 6-burner range with dual ovens. Cooks will enjoy all the workspace in this well-designed kitchen for easy meal preparation, with an open flow to the dining area, with seating for 10.

On the main level is the primary king suite with a gas fireplace, TV, and desk. An exquisite ensuite includes a freestanding soaking tub, large vanity with dual sinks, and a walk-in steam shower for the ultimate spa experience.

On the upper level is a king suite with deck access and a queen suite, both with private ensuites with beautifully tiled walk-in showers. An upper-level sitting area is a great place to relax and enjoy a good book and the nearby sunny loft overlooks the great room, adding another interesting element to the home.

Retire to the lower level family room with its inviting sectional couch, gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Beautiful wood flooring and elegant furnishings make this large room the place to be. Enjoy a game of billiards or gather around the fully equipped wet bar for a beverage. A nearby sauna completes the spa experience or sneak outside to the hot tub on the lower patio to relax and unwind under the stars.

On the lower level is a king suite and a bunkroom with 3 built-in bunks the kids will love. Both rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Other amenities include a laundry room and mudroom off the garage with storage and hooks, a 2-bay garage with parking for 4 cars total, and wireless internet.

Boulder Vista is ideally located within a quick drive to the restaurants and shops on Main Street and during the summer months, you have easy access to hiking and biking trails right out your door.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

GUEST SERVICES
Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

Your Safe Home Guarantee: All Moving Mountains homes and residences are cleaned to the highest standards following the VRMA Safe Home guidelines and using cleaning products recommended by the CDC.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Colorado’s mountain towns are busy with construction each summer. This home may find disruption from time to time. Give us a call to discuss current activity as it ebbs and flows.

Overall satisfaction

From the soaring entry to the cozy den, luxury finishes vie with spectacular mountain views for a guest's attention. The well designed space lets you house and entertain a crowd yet never feel crowded. The open plan has generously sized dining and living areas, and a well equipped gourmet kitchen with a massive island perfect for gathering! Each tastefully appointed bedroom offers privacy and plenty of closet space. Adults felt pampered and kids felt comfortable. The huge laundry room was a soggy skier's dream and the shuttle to the lift is an easy walk around the corner. We can't wait to return!

Amazing House at base of Peak 8

Great location - 8 minute walk to base of peak 8, short drive to town and short drive to Whole Foods and other grocery stores. Clean, very spacious and fully stocked. Each beautiful room has its own bathroom. Pool table and hot tub are big perks. Management company was extremely helpful with all questions. Would highly recommend!!!

Our group of two families enjoyed everything about this home. It’s a convenient location for Peak 8 and hiking. Very close to Main Street too. House has a great layout including basement and private loft bedroom perfect for a teenager. Kitchen is fabulous and well stocked with all cooking equipment. Highly recommend!

36 Boulder Circle is a beautiful house. The kitchen was especially appreciated for its spaciousness and user friendly layout. Due to COVID 19, we had the majority of our meals at the house and really enjoyed cooking and grilling. The house is beautifully decorated, so it was a pleasure to spend time in it. Only disappointment was the traffic on the road in back of the house. It was loud in the house, lots of heavy construction equipment and lasted late into the night. Aside from that, Paragon is wonderful, we hope to rent from them again!

We were amazed by the pictures of this place when we booked it. Then we arrived, and the pictures didn't even do it was over-the-top awesome! Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed for a week. Slept 14 of us with so many places to just hang out both inside and out.

True Boulder Vosta was truly breathtaking. The house is beautifully finished, and in a great location! We loved that there were 3 king suites and an amazing bunk room- perfect for our three families with lots of kids!

This Lodge had everything you could ask for in a Vacation home. Beautifully updated to my high standards of Rustic Chic. Everything a person would need to cook from the simplest morning breakfast( 2 coffee pots) or preparing and serving a Lavish dinner. Bedrooms were great size with comfy beds. Steam shower in our Master bedroom was a extra plus. Plenty of space to sit together as a family of 8 adults or off reading a book in one of the quiet nooks. The downstairs entertainment area and outdoor living space was perfect size for chilling or grilling today’s catch. Hut tub was very useful too. House was very clean. Owner Maintained the grass and lovely flower garden, most homes only had natural surroundings which was nice too. Perfect location, 2 minute walk way to hop on free shuttle bus to go up to slopes or into town. Convenient location also for grocery shopping. This custom home was Amazing! Paragon Lodging staff was Very friendly, helpful and always available to answer our questions. This was the simplest stress free check in and out of all the Vacation locations we have visited. Can’t wait to return for a Winter ski vacation
