Moving Mountains is excited to offer complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.

Welcome to Moose Tracks Lodge, a 5,600-square foot brilliant timber frame home in the Highlands of Breckenridge. Enjoy luxurious, high-end finishes throughout this six-bedroom private home and lavish amenities.

The main level consists of the kitchen, great room, and dining area in a large, open space with plenty of bright Colorado daylight shining in and abundant space for everyone to gather around. A convenient powder bath is located off the great room near the front entry.

Aspiring chefs of all levels will enjoy getting creative in the gourmet kitchen which boasts two ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks, gorgeous granite countertops, a gas cooktop, wine refrigerator, and professional-grade, stainless appliances. The adjacent dining area seats 11 at the table, with six more seats available at the kitchen bar so everyone can dine together comfortably.

After dinner, retreat to the great room end enjoy sprawling mountain vistas, a gas fireplace, large smart TV, and plush sectional sofa. Step outside onto the expansive 1,600 square foot deck and experience the natural beauty that surrounds you and picturesque mountain views with views of Lake Dillon in the distance.

An exquisite primary king suite room is situated on the main level and features a king bed, TV, deck access, and private ensuite with double sinks, and a large walk-in steam shower. You’ll also conveniently find a washer and dryer in the spacious closet. A second king suite with skylights and a desk area is also on the main level, just off the great room and kitchen.

On the upper level, you’ll find 2 bedrooms and a great loft area with beautiful wood beam accents, a sitting area, a TV, and a billiards table. A fun and cozy bunkroom the kids will love has a twin bunk and a twin over queen bunk, desk, and ensuite bathroom. On the other side of the loft area is a comfortable king suite with incredible mountain views.

The fun begins on the lower level of Moose Tracks Lodge in the cozy and beautiful rec room with large smart TV, a large sectional sofa, shuffleboard, and a spacious kitchen/wet bar with a full fridge, dishwasher, sink, and bar seating. This popular room has easy access to the private hot tub for a relaxing soak. Down the hall from the wet bar are a bathroom and a fun game room with a foosball table, an arcade game table, a TV, and side access to the hot tub as well. A king suite is also on the lower level, with a TV, patio access, and a private ensuite.

From the lower level, easily access a studio apartment over the garage for a wonderful private extra space for guests, with its own sitting area, TV and queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, king bed, and bathroom. A closet has an extra washer and dryer.

The garage offers a convenient area in one of the bays with benches, boot warmers, and ample space to prepare for the day’s adventures. A washer and dryer are available in the hallway near the garage.

Guests have access to the 2-car garage with parking for five cars total. 4-WHEEL DRIVE REQUIRED in winter months

ABOUT THE AREA
Moose Tracks Lodge is a convenient 8-minute drive to Main Street's many dining options, shopping, and family-friendly activities. Return to Moose Tracks Lodge and enjoy the private and quiet surroundings. The legendary ski slopes of the Breckenridge Ski Resort are a mere 4 miles away for your enjoyment and exploration as well.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Colorado’s mountain towns are busy with construction each summer. This home may find disruption from time to time. Give us a call to discuss current activity as it ebbs and flows.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

GUEST SERVICES
Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

Moose Sighting at Moose Tracks Lodge!

We chose Moose Tracks Lodge to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary as a family! The house was perfect for 15 of us (8 adults & 7 kids). Everyone had their own space plus open area to play games and cool as a family.

Even when a pullout sofa was not working, the Paragon team delivered a new sofa with ease.
The house truly had everything we needed in the kitchen, media, games, puzzles, towels. The only request I would have is a table and chairs on the outside patio to allow for outdoor meals.

10/10 stay, highly recommended!!

We were very happy with our rental experience. The house was beautiful with plenty of rooms to accommodate our group of 12. The kitchen was fully equipped for making meals at home. The location was good for going into Breck, Frisco or Keystone. The staff at Paragon were very responsive when any questions came up. Would definitely rent again.

Moose Track Lodge was perfect. The home is stocked with everything you need, beds were comfortable, location was perfect distance to skiiing at both Breckenridge and Keystone. The kids loved all the games and activities at the home.

We had a fabulous family ski vacation at Moose Tracks Lodge. Made lots of memories. Great view and location. The home is fabulous. Lots of room for the whole family. Well furnished and equipped with all the essentials and more. Lots of fun games included... shuffleboard, pool table, corn hole, sleds, hot tub. We can't wait to return to Breckenridge and Moose Tracks Lodge.

This was the perfect home to host multiple couples. Home was exceptionally clean and loved the large living space on first floor. A nice walk to town and a beautiful time of year. Just note that one of the bedrooms is a murphy bed without a full bath, but sharing was not an issue.

Such an incredible home!! We had multiple families come stay with us and had plenty of space. The activities for everyone were so much fun. We would recommend moose tracks lodge to anyone. The service was impeccable and we had everything we needed.
