Warm wood, plush furnishings, and captivating art greet you in the cathedral-ceilinged main living room, opening to a spacious balcony overlooking the slopes of Vail Resort. Enjoy outdoor living year-round with a large hot tub, fire pit seating, and an outdoor heater to keep you cozy during winter and cool summer nights.

Culinary enthusiasts will delight in the gourmet kitchen, featuring an oversized Wolf stove, wine refrigerator, large island, and a counter with four stools. The dining table seats ten guests, perfect for family feasts or dinner parties.

Off the kitchen, an office area equipped with a desk, chair, and computer monitor provides a quiet retreat for work. For entertainment, a separate media room offers the perfect setting for movie nights.

After a day of mountain adventures, retreat to the five luxurious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, that offer ample sleeping arrangements for all guests. On the main level, French doors lead to the spacious primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bath with a large shower and soaking tub, a reading nook, and a desk. A second king bedroom is also on the main level.

On the upper level, there is a third king bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with two queen beds.

A bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds is accessible up a spiral staircase from the media room on the main level.

For added convenience, the penthouse features air conditioning, and includes a full-size washer and dryer on the upper level, and parking for one vehicle in an underground garage. The residence also has access to a ski closet in the lobby of the Golden Peak Lodge as you enter from the ski slopes.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, from mid-November through mid-April.

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
