An easy 10-minute drive puts you in historic downtown Breckenridge and on the slopes of the ski area. Enjoy hikes and exploring from your doorstep, with plenty of wildlife and nature to behold. In summer, enjoy the sounds of the river nearby.

Sure to be the hub of your family gatherings, a stunning great room has plenty of wow factor with cathedral ceilings and log beam accents, log walls, and plenty of windows that bring the outdoor beauty inside. A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace is a focal point in the room, so guests can enjoy a real wood-burning fire while relaxing on comfortable couches and enjoying the mountain views.

Step outside onto a large deck to take in the natural surroundings and scenery while gathering around an outdoor fire pit. Or relax in a private hot tub and soak tired muscles under a starry sky. Enjoy outdoor dining in warmer months, with a gas grill and outdoor seating.

Back inside, the open floor plan flows easily into the dining area, with seating for eight, and a beautiful kitchen the chefs in your group will love. High-end appliances, custom cabinets, and plenty of workspace lend themselves to a beautiful space for creating delicious family meals. A large center island has a 6-burner gas range and additional seating for three. Log accents and stylish lighting make the room perfect for entertaining.

On this main level are two comfortable bedrooms, one king and one queen complete with smart TV, and a shared bathroom with an extraordinary steam shower. Guests have access to a convenient laundry room.

On the upper level is the secluded primary king suite, complete with a flat-screen TV, desk, private patio, and more amazing views. A beautiful ensuite bath includes a soaking tub, small flat-screen TV, walk-in shower, and rustic accents.

A loft area on the upper level overlooks the great room, showing off the unique log accents and mountain peak views. A sitting area with couches, deck access, and a large flat-screen TV makes for a cozy movie night or a great spot to play a board game with the family.

Downstairs the fun continues with a second full kitchen with bar seating for three, a family room with couches, large flat-screen TV, and a Super Novo massage chair to work out tired muscles. Deck access allows for more places to enjoy the views and nature in warmer months.

On this level are two more guest rooms, a queen room with deck access, and a fun bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed for the kids. The downstairs shares a hall bath and has another stackable washer and dryer for convenience.

Other amenities include a Tesla electric vehicle charger, a garage for one vehicle with space for three more in the driveway, parking for a 40-ft RV, radiant floor heat, and a ramp to the main floor (non-ADA). Guests will also enjoy high-speed internet and Hulu live TV.

ABOUT THE AREA
The Peak 7 neighborhood is a beautiful forested area with quiet streets, privacy, and spectacular views of the valley and Ten Mile Range. Offering everything you would want in a mountain community. Guests can enjoy the Peaks Trail and other marked trails in spring summer and fall, along with plenty of wildflowers and wildlife. An easy drive gets you to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge, with close proximity to Peaks 7, 8, and 9 for a day of skiing or riding.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

IN-HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
