Description

With 4 gorgeous bedrooms, this home sleeps up to 10 guests in a quiet wooded area on a cul-de-sac. In summer, enjoy hiking trails right from the house or relax on the outdoor patio to the sounds of nature.
Downtown Breckenridge is a quick 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk for shopping, sightseeing, and plenty of restaurants.

Decorated in chic mountain modern décor, Snowy Point Chalet provides a lot of wow factors, starting with a stunning great room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views and a stone wood-burning fireplace. Vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams add to the grand architecture of the great room, which is open to the kitchen and dining room for all your entertainment needs.

A chef's dream gourmet kitchen awaits with professional-grade appliances, a gas range, plenty of workspaces, and seating for five. An elegant dining room adjacent to the kitchen seats 10 and is the perfect way to recap the day and enjoy your guests while sharing a meal. In summer, enjoy al fresco dining on the south-facing deck in the privacy of trees. The lower patio is home to more seating and a private hot tub for relaxing under the stars after a long day.

A private office off the great room is an ideal work-from-home space. Also on the main level is the primary suite with a TV, views, a sitting area, and a beautiful ensuite with a hydro tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. A king suite also on the main level has a TV and a private ensuite with a shower bath.

Retire to the lower level for movies and games in the family room with large TV, sectional sofa, and foosball table. Access the lower-level patio and hot tub from the family room. A nearby laundry room has a wine fridge and popcorn maker. Guests will enjoy two more bedrooms on this level, a king bedroom with an adjacent bath, and a bunk room suite the kids will love with a twin over queen bunk with a twin trundle underneath.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a lower-level mudroom with ski locker storage and hangers for gear, a grilling area, and a heated 2-bay garage with parking for four cars total.

Four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

GUEST SERVICES
Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

AMAZING! Spacious home with beautiful decor and views. Was perfect for our family of 7 with extra space! Kitchen was amazing, well equipped with all of our needs (we did a lot of cooking) great appliances as well! As for ski in/ski out: it was about a 4-5 minute walk from the house to access to the 4 o'clock run, from which you can ski down to the snowflake lift. On the way in at the end of the day we got off 4 O'clock at the same spot and could ski all the way home because there was snow on the street. On our last day we discovered that if you walk to the end of our street and turn left, there was an access point to 4oclock run as well (so a shorter walk). All in all, it was not an inconvenient location by any means. The little walk to the slopes is very easy and do-able. We never needed the shuttle to get to the mountain. Heated floors in the bathrooms, robes and slippers in every bedroom, this place was simply awesome! Super helpful and kind staff as well!

We had an excellent stay at the Snowy Point Chalet. The management was fantastic and check in was a breeze. The house was perfect for our group and you can walk out to the ski run in a minute. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

We were delighted to host our blended family for several days of fun in Breckenridge. The Wandering Moose is one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I’ve ever stayed. Beautiful Home near Town

This first part is for the management company. We had a bit of a rough start. Our first home rented with Paragon had a furnace issue and we were moved to this one 24hrs prior. Not a big deal. My issue was with receiving the address to the new place. I was worried I had been scammed. I had been in contact with them all day and they kept saying they would send address as soon as it's ready, check in was at 4pm. Never did. It wasn't until 7pm I finally got the address but only because I had called their emergency service line.
The Paragon staff were very courteous, and professional. But, I felt they were a bit misleading when telling me about the construction. The lady told me it was near completed. There was construction on both sides and no privacy. One home is near completed the other has half a roof on, not anywhere near completed. The driveway was block with a crane for awhile and we couldn't get in or out.

Now for the house: This is a very beautiful home with excellent furnishings and close to town 5-7mins drive for us. You will need 4wd during winter. The beds and bedding were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone. The kids loved the hottub and I loved the steam shower. House was large enough for all 6 of us to spread out. The kitchen was wonderful with everything you need except cooking spray or oils. The outside lights to the grill did not work so we were stuck grilling in the dark each night. The views you can see are pretty but most are blocked by the other homes in front of you, they are very close to each other with little privacy. We did get to see a moose one day outside of the master bedroom window which faces some trees, Highlight for all of us. Even with a rough start to our trip this was a excellent family vacation with lots of laughs and I would rent from Paragon Properties again.

WE loved the house. Was up the hill from Breckenridge but very close to main street driving. In a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and up to date with appliances and cook ware. The bedrooms on the main floor were all we used. The furnishing were great. The couches on the main level were lovely but not too comfortable. May some throw pillows would be nice. Would certainly rent again.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This is a beautiful home that is impeccably decorated and maintained, and the pictures didn't do it justice!! The chef's kitchen is incredible, and the grill and hot tub were great to have. We used them both!! It was the perfect size for our family. Everyone had their own space, and there are enough common areas to make everyone happy, both adults and kids. It was pretty close to the 4 o'clock run, but in order to get up to the slopes, you have to go either down the 4 o'clock run to the gondola, or up to the break in the 4 o'clock run to ski down to the snowflake lift. Either way is fairly close, but expect to have to walk for a bit in your ski boots. Of course if you're not up for that, there is a shuttle service that will pick you up, and if you decide against the shuttle, UBER is always an option. It's a short drive into town, but sometimes the traffic is tough, so make sure to give yourself a little extra time if you have reservations. All in all, it's a wonderful house with beautiful views and I would certainly choose it again!! The Paragon staff were incredibly courteous, professional, and friendly, and I will most definitely rent from them whenever we come back to Breckenridge, or anywhere else they maintain property.

The hot tub was broken but they did try and fix it. Also it was a very difficult ski in and out location. The house was amazing. The house had the nicest accommodations.

We have had the pleasure of renting vacation homes for several years through Paragon Lodging. *Krista is always accomodating, and really learns the personal needs and desires of all of her guests. With that being said, your vacation is well rooted for enjoyment before you even step through the door! Snowy Pointe Chalet is a fantastic property! The floor plan, the views, the privacy, the ’s just all around wonderful! Highly recommend this home to anyone. It most definitely has now become one of our favorite homes to stay at while in Breck!!

What a fantastic home! My family was very excited to stay here and it did not disappoint. Views, quiet, location and all the luxuries of a high quality home. Easy check in and out. Having a large kitchen, a hot tub and even a washer and dryer made everything great.

I was exceptionally pleased with my stay at this home. As nice as the home looks in the pictures, it is even better in person. It was conveniently located a short walk to the slopes making it easy to ski in or out of. We also took advantage of the in-house chef, which I would highly recommend if you are able to.

Wonderful chalet and would stay again. Steam shower is wonderful, sound system easy to use and great both upstairs and down.

Two items this nice of a place must have, boot dryers and fireplace grate. Then it would be a flawless chalet.
