Moving Mountains is excited to offer complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.

Welcome to Miner’s Peak, a chic 3,000-plus square foot retreat in the coveted Tenmile Vista neighborhood of Breckenridge. Newly remodeled with modern touches and contemporary styling, this home features incredible mountain views and privacy, with golf and hiking nearby and just an 8-minute drive to downtown Breckenridge and skiing.

Friends and family will enjoy gathering in the stylish great room, with its high ceilings and large windows allowing for plenty of natural light. A gorgeous brick wall creates a focal point, showcasing a built-in wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV and an eye-catching spiral staircase. Perfect for entertaining, the great room opens to a dining area with a beautiful hand-crafted wood table, with seating for eight. The nearby kitchen has plenty of space for meal preparation and a large center island with additional seating for three.

A second living area on the main floor has a huge flat screen TV for movie night as well as a dartboard and foosball make for some friendly competition. The couch pulls out to a queen bed for additional guests.

Access a beautiful outside deck area from the kitchen to enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing, surrounded by nature. A grill, patio furniture and multiple sitting areas make this area ideal in warmer months, with heaters when the temperatures drop. Better yet, head for a soak in the private hot tub under a starry sky. Exploring this treed property will be a highlight, with its unique sculptures, stunning viewpoints and fantastic summer firepit area for late night s’mores and storytelling.

Follow the spiral staircase to a large primary king suite with a fireplace, beautiful mountain and ski area views, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bath with a tiled shower. This wonderful room enjoys its own private deck and has a sofa with a twin trundle bed for little ones.

A queen bedroom enjoys the same views, its own ensuite bath and includes a ladder to a secret loft area. A bunkroom provides plenty of fun for the kids with two sets of built-in twin bunks and a fun loft hangout space. All bedrooms have TVs and private bathrooms.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer on the main level, mud room/gear storage and a 2-car garage, with additional driveway parking. Four-wheel drive is required in the winter months.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

GUEST SERVICES
Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

The house was great ! Everything was as listed in the post. Staff are super helpful and are always responsive if you have any questions. This house is a great if you’re looking for a cozy place in the area that’s clean and spacious. Backyard patio and hot tub are a bonus. 10/10
