Featured Breckenridge Rentals

We visited Breckenridge early this summer and stayed at On the Corner at The Shores and discovered how much this wonderful property offers its guests! This home is new construction and sits a few miles from Main Street, Breckenridge. We were traveling with another couple and our six month old and the accommodations were perfect – very comfortable for the five of us and we could have easily had another couple people without making the spaces tight.

The owner has done an excellent job appointing this home – the sofas and beds were super comfortable and the linens were plush and dreamy! The kitchen is very well stocked with all the dishes, utensils and small appliances you’ll need (even a crock pot for apres ski stews or chili!). The large kitchen island was our daily gathering spot where we rehashed our wonderful adventures and made plans for the next day’s fun over wine and snacks.

Despite the weather being a bit chilly in the evenings, we sat out on the deck and made use of the gas firepit! The gas fire pit is a great amenity that will allow guests to enjoy the outdoors year-round. And even though this is a new, tight neighborhood, the deck being one level up from the road offered privacy so that we didn’t feel like we were on display to neighborhood traffic. There is also a hot tub on the deck which we made use of every evening.

The location is great, especially if you plan to explore Breckenridge as well as Frisco during your stay at On the Corner at The Shores is a short drive from the fun happenings in either town. And in the winter season, you could easily scoot over to Keystone, Vail or A-Basin from this location if you wanted a taste of some new terrain outside of Breck’s legendary peaks.

If the opportunity presents itself, On the Corner is a spectacular property and offers so much beyond the luxurious accommodations and I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Breckenridge!
