Paragon Lodging always goes out of their way to make our summer home rental so wonderful! We were so happy with the house we rented for the month of August with Paragon. The location was in a very nice neighborhood with views of the mountains to die for. The property itself was amazing- very high end mountain home style. We will continue to work with Paragon Lodging in the future!

We had an amazing time in Breck. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was well stocked and everything was top quality.
The location is about a 15 minute drive to town and the house feels so secluded it makes for a very peaceful vacation.
We also enjoyed the hiking trails just above the home. It was a beautiful daily walk with our pup.
Overall it was really amazing. Paragon's employees are the best and the service from them was outstanding.

We stayed at the Overlook for roughly a week with our family for Thanksgiving. The house was pure elegance crafted with fine detail. There was nothing left unnoticed. My nephews had a blast in the hot tub and played board games every night. We enjoyed our stay very very much.

This vacation home is absolutely wonderful. Clean, spacious, new, fabulous views. It is located at the end of a street so the kids played in the snow a lot without worry of any cars driving by. It is about a 15 minute drive to the Breckenridge gondola. The home is exactly as it is in the photos, and we would highly recommend it.

Awesome home with awesome views. The quality of the furnishings and construction cannot be exaggerated. Multiple levels and plenty of spaces for both quite time and big gatherings. All the kitchen supplies one might need. Four bedrooms and a total of six beds. Highly recommend this property and I’ll defin be back.

We had an amazing skiing vacation experience at the Overlook. My wife and four children The home was meticulously finished, and accurately described. It was clean and the property was very well maintained. The location was ideal for anyone looking for quiet, and to be away from the hustle of the Town. The overlook provides snow-capped mountain views, and is only 15 minutes (drive) to Breckenridge Skiing or 15 minutes to the Town of Frisco. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet mountain home retreat and look forward to our next visit!

What a spectacular 10 days in this beautiful home.  Views are majestic, the skiing was amazing.  We had a magnificent family vacation, playing in the snow, enjoying the fireplaces, hot chocolate and the cool crisp mountain air... Can't wait until we come back!!  2nd Review - (This review is written by an 11 year old.) Staying in The Overlook house during my winter vacation was just amazing.  This house is the most wonderfull house in all of Breck.  Through every window there is another crazy view.  The huge backyard, 7 TVs, cozy fireplaces, cleanliness, and great skiing, made this trip amazing! I love you Breck! Enjoy your stay in this amazing town.
