Description

Moving Mountains is excited to offer complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.

Located high above Breckenridge on a lovely, wooded lot sits Granite Peaks Villa, a 4 bedroom, 4 bath luxurious mountain duplex featuring a private outdoor hot tub and beautiful mountain contemporary décor throughout.

Entering through the garage allows you to leave your gear in the large mudroom complete with storage. Up the flight of stairs, you’ll find the main level combines the spacious gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living area separated by a gorgeous two-sided gas fireplace under beautiful, vaulted ceilings.

The large kitchen offers all the amenities chefs of any level would desire, including plenty of workspaces on beautiful granite countertops, a gas cooktop, two ovens, and an island with bar seating. The adjacent dining table seats 8.

Step into the great room and enjoy cozy sofas, TV, and plenty of natural light streaming through the large windows. Through the sliding glass door, you’ll find the sizable deck with a BBQ gas grill, and outdoor seating for use in the summer months, and relax in the outdoor hot tub.

The main level is home to the primary king suite which features a king bed, gas fireplace, TV, private patio, and luxurious ensuite bath. The ensuite bathroom offers a dual sink vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The bunkroom on the main level will delight the kids and sleeps 4 with access to a hall bath with a walk-in shower.

Walk upstairs to the upper level and find yourself in the cozy family room – the perfect place to unwind after a day of mountain adventure with an oversized sofa, large TV, gas fireplace, and a foosball table. The remaining two bedrooms (both with king beds) are also on this level along with the washer and dryer.

Make yourself at home at Granite Peaks Villa and enjoy everything you’d need in a luxury home including Wi-Fi, plush linens, a fully-stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation. Guests may use the 2-bay heated garage with parking for 2 cars total in the winter months and 4 cars during the summer months. 4-WHEEL DRIVE REQUIRED in winter months

ABOUT THE AREA
Baldy Mountain is made up of several quiet neighborhoods located just minutes above the town of Breckenridge. During the summer months, hiking, biking, and wildlife viewing are right out your door with endless terrain to explore. In the winter, strap on your cross-country skis or snowshoes and take in some exquisite views!

Baldy Mountain offers several walkable shuttle stops that can take you down to the town of Breck in minutes so that you don’t have to worry about parking while you’re exploring the area. The closest shuttle stop to Granite Peaks Villa is .2 miles from the home.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

GUEST SERVICES
Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence, and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

This is our 2nd summer in a row that we’ve rented this home + we love it.
Paragon, especially Anne + Sheryl, were great to work with - helpful staff (they always respond quickly to any of our concerns or questions!)
This was our family’s 31st Summer Vacation + our numbers have grown, but this home fit us very nicely and just the right distance from Main Street Breck.
Looking forward to next Summer!

The home very clean, nicely appointed, beautiful views, quiet location, comfortable and plenty of space for us to enjoy. Great rental company. Very Helpful and thorough.
Beautiful Rental Home! Loved the steam shower and hot tub! Great after a day on the slopes! 2 car garage was helpful too. Only Complaint is that beds were not very comfy, pillows were too flat and not enough extra blankets.

We recently returned from a three night stay at Granite Peaks Villa and could not be more pleased with our choice of accommodations.

First, Paragon, the management company, went above and beyond at every step to make our stay enjoyable. They were incredibly communicative during the reservation process and responsive to any inquiries upon arrival. The ability to communicate with them via text was also useful.

This luxurious property is actually a 4,000 sq ft duplex; while initially concerned about sharing a wall with neighbors, we didn't hear a sound from them over the course of our stay. The only indication of their presence was when we saw them drive away at the end of our stay.

The property itself is expertly laid out as a massive open concept on the first floor. The kitchen was of sufficient size, with a five burner gas stove and all the cooking accessories you would expect. The dining room table was adjacent to the gas fireplace and island, giving our meals a very Colorado feel. On the other side of the gas fireplace was the huge living area, with sufficient seating for 8 to 10 and unparalleled views. The master bedroom, with it's twin showerheads and steam shower, was on the first floor with a second bedroom containing bunk beds and a trundle bed.

The second floor has two generous bedrooms, both with king beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom separating them. An additional bathroom is accessible from the hallway as well as the game room with Xbox and foosball table. Our kids probably spent 90% of their time in this room.

Located ~1,000 above the town of Breckenridge, it's a 10 minute drive to town. The view makes the drive worthwhile. Drive time to Breck skiing is 12 mins while Keystone's ~25.

Only complaints are the cookware (please invest in non-stick) and the size of the hot tub (barely big enough for four adults). Otherwise, it's perfect.

As pictured. Very very beautiful home. The only downside is that it takes about 12 minutes to drive down from the home to downtown Breck, but my family and I truly did not mind. Thanks paragon lodging!

We had such a great stay at Granite Peaks Villa. The house is beautiful, was very clean and well stocked and the property management company was excellent. Check in and check out were contact-less and the property management was very thorough with communication before, during and after our arrival. We had two families with kids and the layout was perfect - one family slept downstairs and one upstairs. Everyone had their own space if needed - including bathrooms! The views from the house are beautiful and we had regular visits from very cute fox and a few deer. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook meals at home - even tupperware to store left overs. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, toiletries, toilet paper and kleenex and the master steam shower was awesome! Also enjoyed the hot tub and foosball table. The house is a short 5-10 minute drive to main street and there are also hiking and mountain biking trails a very short distance from the house. This house has it all and we look forward to visiting again!

What a great home — our family just loved it!
This vacation rental gave us the opportunity to have all our family in one fantastic place (10 adults + 4 children).
Our grandkids loved the hot tube + upstairs tv/game room.
Beautifully furnished + plenty of room to hang out.
And the location was great — high enough up the mountain but still close enough to town.
We’ll definitely rent this one again!

Great Place - High Up There

House was great and exceeded our expectations from the photos. Comfortably fit two families with two kids. The hot tub and master bath steam spa provided relaxation after a day of shredding powder. Property is located way up there on the mountain and can be difficult to get to in deep snow. The shuttle service was a bonus and one of the reasons we booked, but was not on time for over half our stay even when we called them sufficiently in advance; one time we actually had to call an Uber for which Paragon did reimburse us. Overall good experience, good layout, quality finishes, and good service.

Granite Peaks is a beautiful upscale home. It had warm mountain decor that made us all feel like we were on vacation. There was plenty of room for our extended family of 10. We all agreed that it was a wonderful home away from home. The kitchen had everything We needed to prepare meals...from crock pot to turkey roaster which allowed us to have several family meals together. Linens and towels were pristine and plentiful. Maintenance Returned calls about our questions with the steam shower and gas stove. The hot tub provided warmth and relaxation at the end of the day. The only thing missing was an area for the children to play outside, and a larger deck for the adults to enjoy sunrise and sunset with coffee or wine.

Granite Peaks Villa is amazing! It served a purpose (housing our family for our destination wedding) but it was so much more than just a house. It was well-appointed, very clean, and had everything we needed and more. The view from the front room and porch is breathtaking, the master suite is massive and luxurious, and the rec room upstairs was a lifesaver for our kiddos. The kitchen had high-end appliances, was well-stocked, and has an enormous gathering area. A bonus I wasn't expecting, but loved, was the trash/recycling area in the garage- there were different bins to separate the recycling and the trash. Working with the company was very easy and we would definitely recommend this company and property to others. Thank you so much for being a part of our big day and making things so easy and stress free!

Great place high above Breckenridge with beautiful views. Loved the hot tub and the spacious living areas. Did a lot of sledding down nearby slopes where we created our own runs - fantastic. It snowed Christmas day which was absolutely beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed for 12.

Better Than Expected

Granite Peaks Villa was better in person and provided a group of 10 plenty of space. It was well equipped for anything we needed and the kitchen was superb! The staff at Paragon was so easy to work with from the very beginning. The location was beautiful, but quite a bit higher than I realized. I have no complaints with Paragon, the home or anything else.

There are a few items to note: parking for 4 is questionable (esp during snow covered times), fridge didn't seem to get cold enough, hot water supply may be a slight issue and microwave made very loud weird sounds (we brought this to Paragon's attention and they had someone look at it then requested repair, but it didn't get repaired before our big deal).

No complaints though and we enjoyed the home very much!

Our experience was very positive. The home we rented was beautiful, clean and "as advertised." We've rented homes elsewhere where photos and home details were not representative of the actual space. Not with Paragon. We had no surprises but rather expectations were exceeded.

A beautiful place for a family reunion. Quality throughout the whole unit.Kids enjoyed play games on big screen TV, master bedroom bathroom is also a steam room. Covered hot tub on deck with beautiful views. Close trails nearby for scenic hikes. We all enjoy our vacation. A very beautiful place to choose and stay.

We deducted a star due a sleepless first with the water alarm. It went off 3 times at approx. 1am; 2am and 3am with the last alarm also shutting off the water supply. After the problem was resolved the following morning, we had an enjoyable stay. We lacked for nothing in the way of comfort; kitchen and dinnerware and electronic amenities. We particularly enjoyed the view; heated garage and steam room/shower. We not hesitate recommending this unit nor your services.
