Eagle's Perch is on the 2020/2021 Paragon Guest Courtesy Winter Shuttle. Operations run from mid-November through mid-April between the hours of 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Transportation runs throughout the Town of Breckenridge.

Eagle's Perch offers amazing forest tranquility and perfect space for the entire family. It also shares a driveway with our seven-bedroom home, Twin Eagles Lodge. Rent both to host the entire wedding party or corporate retreat!

Thank you for your patience while we enhance this incredible three-bedroom property! This home will NOT have a private hot tub until the remodel is complete (Spring 2021). The cost of this home has been reduced to compensate for this.

UPPER LEVEL

Enjoy the office loft while looking out on the snow-capped peaks.

2nd LEVEL

The master suite awaits with a king bed perfect for two! The en-suite bathroom comes with dual sinks, walk-in shower and separate tub. Just adjacent find a cozy reading or entertainment room with TV and ¾ bathroom.

MAIN LEVEL

Brightly lit great room from the wall of windows greeting national forest out your back door. After your Breckenridge excursions, spread out on the sofa by the gas fireplace and utilize the great room television to catch up on your favorite movie or television show.
Just beyond the great room, find a dining area seating 8 off the fully stocked kitchen.
Down the hall are two remaining bedrooms. A room with a queen for two and a bunk sleeping three to four.

LOWER LEVEL

Access the mudroom from the garage where you’ll kick off the outdoor adventure shoes and cozy up in some warm slippers.

ABOUT THE AREA
Eagle's Perch is set in the pristine Illinois Gulch off of Boreas Pass Road, approximately one mile from South Main Street. This area allows for easy access to and from Main Street but provides a serene escape from the crowds.

Spend time exploring the nearby hiking trails right out the back door of Eagle's Perch. Walk to the free Summit Stage bus stop in 5 minutes.

IMPORTANT POLICIES

Pet Friendly with prior approval, $150 non-refundable pet deposit and separate pet contract required. Dogs are the only pets allowed and there is a two dog max. Contact Paragon directly with pet inquiries.
Paragon Lodging in Breckenridge Colorado is the SOLE authorized Property Manager and Rental Agent for Eagle's Perch. Paragon Lodging enforces an age policy of 25 years old. Families with children are welcome. We regret, we do not accept college groups.

Eagle's Perch is a fantastic property to spend time at with your family during the winter season. I am sure it is great in the other months as well, but if you are a skier or boarder, you will truly enjoy the location and amenities within this property. Some of the appliances and hardware are a bit dated, but everything works great and is top notch. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!!
