Moving Mountains is excited to offer complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.

Welcome to the Breck Bicycle House, a delightful 4-bedroom pet-friendly home located 1 mile from the Breckenridge Main Street and the BreckConnect Gondola. The newly remodeled Breck Bicycle House features expansive outdoor space, a private hot tub, two living areas, and plenty of natural light spilling throughout the home.

Enter through the front door and step into the cozy living area complete with a leather sectional sofa, wood-burning fireplace, and large television. The living area is a perfect space to relax beside the fire and enjoy a favorite movie or keep an eye on the big game.

Adjacent to the living area sits the professionally equipped kitchen where everyone will love to gather. The kitchen is complete with an expansive workspace, gas range, and center island with seating. The kitchen opens to the dining area with seating for 8 at a bistro-style table with stools.

Opposite the dining area, the kitchen opens to a cozy family room – an excellent space to enjoy the snowfall through the sliding glass doors – or sip on a glass of wine while reliving the day’s adventures. The sofa is also a queen-sized sleeper for additional sleeping options. The private outdoor hot tub sits through the sliding glass doors and will become a welcomed evening ritual to revive sore muscles and stargaze.

The main level is home to a queen bedroom with access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level. The primary king suite features a king bed, television, mountain views, and a large bathroom complete with dual vanity, a walk-in steam shower, and jetted tub. Another queen bedroom and twin room share a hall bath. A washer and dryer are located within the upper-level hall bath.

The Breck Bicycle House features two decks and a large yard surrounded by towering pine trees. In the summer months, enjoy outdoor dining on the deck or a friendly game of horseshoes in the yard.

Families and friends alike will enjoy all that Breck Bicycle House has to offer – the location, amenities, and layout of this home-away-from-home will leave you wanting to return year after year!

4-WHEEL DRIVE IS REQUIRED IN THE WINTER MONTHS

Parking is restricted to two vehicles in the driveway only. There is no guest access to the garage.

This home is pet-friendly with an additional fee and written approval. Please contact us for details.

Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.

ABOUT THE AREA
Located approximately 1 mile from Main Street, the Breck Bicycle House offers a convenient yet private location. Easy access to Main Street, many biking and hiking trails.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

GUEST SERVICES
Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.

This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

Our stay of 5 nights in Breck Bicycle House in June of 2021 was wonderful. Our house was very clean and well-stocked with quality furnishings, utensils, equipment, and linens. We so enjoyed the “outside amenities” too- the hot tub, expansive deck, and large backyard with horseshoes! Our contact with the staff of Paragon Lodging found them always pleasant, knowledgeable, timely efficient, and eager to help with requested information. We highly recommend Paragon Lodging!

This condo was great! -Super clean and cozy -Excellent location (close to town and Quicksilver lift) -Stocked with essentials. Kitchen had everything you needed and more. -Hot tub and fireplace were great for relaxing. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! :)

Breck Bicycle House was a lovely property nestled up into the higher neighborhoods of Breckenridge. Beautiful pine trees surround the property and two lovely large patios offer much space for lounging and socializing. The kitchen is well equipped albeit small but sufficed for our small group of four. The master bath and suite was beautiful with ample space, lighting and an exceptional shower and jacuzzi tub. We enjoyed our stay and would reccommend this property to visitors who don't mind driving into town and need a nice place to stay with their favorite pet. As always, Paragon Lodging was excellent in their management style and customer service.
