The Living Area is set under vaulted ceilings and features floor to ceiling windows allowing plenty of natural light to spill in. Cozy up beside the gas fireplace on the plush sofa, or enjoy a new movie on the large Smart TV!

The main level offers easy access to the wrap-around deck through two sliding glass doors – one through the Living Area and the other in the Dining Area. Enjoy the two gas fire pits with outdoor seating; relax and watch the sun set over the peaks of the Breckenridge Ski Resort before retreating to the private hot tub. Don’t forget to make use of the BBQ Gas Grill which is situated on the deck and available for your exclusive use.

Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen offers a gas range, large island with seating, wine fridge and everything you’ll need for nightly meal-prep! The adjoining dining area features a custom-made wood slab table with combination bench-and-chair seating for 8 to 10 (table extension is available in the coat closet).

Moving to the upper-mid level, you’ll find the Cub’s Den Bunk Room with an exclusive hall bath, perfect for the kiddos! The Upper-most Level is home to the Peak View Suite which is the primary bedroom and features a king bed, private balcony, TV and spacious ensuite bath. The Ensuite features a double-bowl vanity and large walk-in shower.

Retreat to the Lower Level to find a cozy den with a desk, large TV and Sofa that doubles as additional sleeping in two twin beds. The Queen’s Glade and full bathroom with a steam shower are situated on the lower level as well, making this a great spot for a family with children to stay.

Our family of five plus two grandparents spent a weekend enjoying this house. It was so nice to have the 5 family members upstairs (parents in the primary bedroom with walk-in closet and big bathroom, kids in second bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom across the hall, and grandparents downstairs, also with their own full beautiful bath and private sitting area). After arriving and unpacking, we quickly realized how close the home is to an easy walking path leading past Breck Brewing Co and then into downtown. Our 5 year olds were able to walk to and from dinner and the town offers free trolley with stops near Aspen Basin in case tired feet necessitate a ride back home. After putting the kids to bed, the adults enjoyed the patio with hot tub and fire pits. In the morning, the kitchen was perfectly stocked to allow us to make a yummy Sunday breakfast. The cleaning service is also a huge plus, making departure easy and quick, even with kids in tow.This home sets the foundation for a perfect mountain vacation. Enjoy the scenery of the mountains, walking distance to downtown (but no noise or traffic from downtown) and the comfort (plus more) of a luxury cabin.

Aspen Basin offered my family everything we needed for our annual Summer visit to Breckenridge! We loved the location – and the ease of getting to and from South Main Street. We spent every evening sitting beside the gas fire pits and soaking in the hot tub! The layout was perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed! We can’t wait to visit again next year – thank you!!
