Summer 2020 Check-In Information

CHECK-IN IS 4:00 PM OR LATER 

In an effort to minimize in-person contact this Summer, we’ll be offering a warm welcome to Breckenridge virtually. Prior to your arrival, we ask that you communicate a convenient time for us to give you a call via Zoom, FaceTime or old-fashioned phone call so that we can review normal check-in items, welcome you to Breckenridge and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your stay with us. 

Upon your arrival to Breckenridge, DO NOT go directly to the house until you've received confirmation from our team that the home is prepped and ready for your arrival. You will receive status updates about the readiness of your home on the day of your arrival via text message. If you prefer a different form of communication other than text message, please notify us.

 

Due to Summit County Public Health Order, we must adhere to a strict vacancy between guest stays, therefore, no early arrival or late departure requests will be permitted, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience

Required Guest Travel Itinerary

Please note, we require a valid state issued ID, Driver's License or Current Passport to access your rental home - please be sure you submit this prior to your arrival along with your travel itinerary.

 

Summit County Public Health Order encourages all visitors & residents to adopt the Five Commitments of containment to prevent a resurgence of COVID-19 in Summit County:

  • I will maintain six-feet of physical distance from other individuals
  • I will wash my hands often
  • I will cover my face in public
  • I will stay home when I am sick
  • I will get tested immediately if i have COVID-19 symptoms

 

Check-Out 

CHECK-OUT IS PRIOR TO 10:00 AM

Check-out is strictly enforced and necessary in order to meet our cleaning and maintenance schedules for these large properties. Please notify us via text, email or phone call once you've vacated the home.

Here are a few procedures prior to check-out: 

Kitchen Cleanup - We ask that all dishes, pots and pans must be washed and/or the dishwasher started.

Trash/Recycling - There are designated bins in the garage for trash and recycling. Please bag trash throughout the home and place in proper bins.  Recycling materials such as glass, paper, cardboard, etc. also have dedicated labeled bins. 

Lights - Turn off all interior and exterior lights 

Upon exit - Lock all doors and windows and close the garage door(s). 

Keys - Please leave keys on the kitchen counter before you depart

  

Getting to Breckenridge

Breckenridge is located approx. 85 miles west of the Denver city limits. Traveling west on I-70 from Denver, 1.5-hour drive, take the Frisco/Breckenridge exit, number 203. Follow Highway 9 approximately 10 miles to Breckenridge. Highway 9 turns into Main Street in Breckenridge.

Pre-Arrival Parcel Delivery 

If you wish to have packages sent to Breckenridge prior to your arrival, we request you have them delivered to the UPS Store in Breckenridge.  The UPS Store will accept and hold your luggage, skis, snowboards, and parcels for pickup – a daily fee will be applied per package held. You must let them know you’re a guest of Paragon Lodging.

Be sure your name is on the parcel and ship to the following address:
