The specific property and dates you reserve are guaranteed. If an unforeseen circumstance causes the property to be uninhabitable, Paragon Lodging reserves the right to substitute.
We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. This policy is strictly enforced.
To Make Your Reservation
At time of booking, your initial deposit of 50 percent is due. The final lodging balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. This includes all taxes, surcharges and additional fees. If booking a reservation within 60 days of your arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Home Damage Protection
As a part of your stay, we offer a $70 non refundable Home Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit up to the $3000 shown on the confirmation. Any damages that exceed the coverage amount or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of the policy limit. The Home Damage plan can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly Paragon Lodging any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Home Damage agreement.
If CSA is declined, a $3000 Refundable Security Deposit will be applied. The Refundable Security Deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival by personal or bank cashier’s check. Your check will be deposited. Refund issued within 30 days in full providing no damage occurs during your stay.
If you need to cancel, all monies are non-refundable unless your exact dates can be re-booked. If we can re-book your exact dates, all monies received to date less a 20 percent handling fee will be returned. All monies received will be returned within 14 business days after your original reservation departure was scheduled. We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, weather, snow conditions, airport closures or road closures.
We strongly recommend you secure your vacation reservation with travel insurance. Call us or visit our travel link for information on travel insurance.
Minimum four-night rental required for MOST properties, seven nights during Christmas and New Year holiday dates. Some homes have 5 – 7 night minimums regardless of season. Reservations for fewer nights than four or the required 5 – 7 are possible depending on season and home. Please note: a FULL cleaning surcharge will always be added for stays of less than four nights. Cleaning surcharges vary by home.
Check-in is 4:00 P.M. on your arrival date. Checkout is 10:00 A.M. on your departure date. We require a valid state issued ID, Driver's License or Current Passport at the time of check-in. For more information,visit our Check-in Process page.
Pets and Smoking
Pets are permitted in select properties with prior approval. Due to the number of people with severe pet allergies, an additional non-refundable pet deposit which does not include any damages is required. All properties are NON-SMOKING; no exceptions. Violators are required to pay a substantial cleaning/deodorizing fee.
Prior to your arrival, your vacation home is cleaned and furnished with fresh linens, towels and supplies. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available upon request for an additional fee.

Insufficient Funds Checks
A $40 service fee per check will be charged.
Some of our homes allow weddings, large gatherings, receptions, parties and events with a caterer. Some homes are restricted due to the Homeowner Association Regulations. If you are planning any type of event, you are required to discuss the nature of the event with us before the home is confirmed. You will be required to agree to the individual home rules. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no money refunded if your event is not disclosed and approved by Paragon Lodging in advance. Please Note: ALL events and weddings no matter the size are required to pay a non-refundable event fee.
