More couples than ever before are looking for alternative settings to tie the knot. Having your wedding in one of our exclusive, luxury homes offers the ultimate in privacy, flexibility and personalized ambiance. Each home is loaded with amenities - from designer interior styles, spacious floor plans with massive great rooms, gourmet kitchens, sunny decks to majestic mountain views. Just the right charm for small intimate weddings, memorable rehearsal dinners and receptions.

Please note that our homes are intended for small weddings. Each home accommodates a maximum number of guests. The largest capacity is 75 persons. You will be required to sign a contract stating how many people will be attending your event. If our security department reports a violation, it will result in a security deposit forfeiture and/or immediate eviction from the home with no monies refunded.

It's easy to rent multiple homes in close proximity for you entire wedding party and guests. Ask us about discounts on multiple rentals.

Number of Rental Nights: 4-night minimum. 3-night stays are available during May, September, October and November with an additional non-refundable cleaning surcharge, ranging from $200-$500, depending on the home.

Home Setup: Each home is rented with its original setup of furniture and decor placement, linens and towels for what the home accommodates and a thorough clean upon your arrival and departure. Paragon Lodging is not responsible for additional setup or take-down of your ceremony or reception arrangements.

Moving Furniture and Décor: Our homes are decorated with valuable furnishings including priceless, irreplaceable and sentimental pieces belonging to the homeowner, and Paragon Lodging is obligated to maintain these items. You must obtain permission to move any furnishings or décor. Billiard tables, light fixtures, chandeliers and animal mounts are strictly prohibited from movement. If permission is given, all furnishings and décor must be moved by a professional mover who communicates with us. After your event, all furnishings must be put back to the original locations.

Trash and Cleanup: The kitchen must be in order with all pots and pans washed and put away and the dishwasher started. You are responsible for the entire cleanup of your wedding ceremony and/or reception including the yard, all decorations, and flowers. All trash and decorations must be bagged and put in the garage. Trash not bagged properly will incur an extra fee.

Excessive Cleanup: Decorations left up, trashed not bagged, and extra cleaning due to blatant neglect of care to the home is billed at $50.00 per hour. Carpet stains are billed at a minimum $50.00 per hour. In the event the service of a professional carpet cleaner is necessary, the minimum cost is $100.00.

Parking: NO Parking is allowed on any city or county streets day or overnight. NO RV or bus parking allowed. You will be required to hire a shuttle service for your guests. Please contact us for specific information.

Other Expenses: Your event will incur a non-refundable fee of $1000.00 to Paragon Lodging. In addition, Security is required for any type of event, at the guest's expense.

Neighborhood Courtesy: Whether near or distant each home has neighbors. Please be courteous to others in our community. Breckenridge has a noise ordinance and complaints from neighbors or the police department will result in a security deposit forfeiture and/or immediate eviction from the home with no monies refunded.
