Rental Guarantee
The specific home and dates you reserve are guaranteed. If an unforeseen circumstance causes the home to be uninhabitable, Paragon Lodging reserves the right to substitute homes.


To Make Your Reservation
At time of booking, your initial deposit equal to two night's lodging is due. The final lodging balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. This includes all taxes, surcharges and additional fees. If booking a reservation within 60 days of your arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking.


Accepted Payment
We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.


Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $500 to $2000, depending on the home, is due by check 30 days before your arrival date. This is required to protect the privately owned home you are renting against damages. The security damage deposit will be returned by check via mail 30 business days after your departure date. The security deposit refund may be delayed if there are damages to evaluate. We regret we are unable to accept credit cards for the security deposit.


Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, all monies are non-refundable unless your exact dates can be re-booked. If we can re-book your exact dates, all monies received to date less a 20% handling fee will be returned. All monies received will be returned within 14 business days after your original reservation departure was scheduled. We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, weather, snow conditions, airport closures or road closures.

We strongly recommend you secure your vacation reservation with travel insurance. Call us or visit our travel link for information on travel insurance.


Minimum Nights
Minimum 4-night rental required MOST homes, 7 nights during Christmas dates. Some homes have 5 -7 night minimums regardless of season. Reservations for fewer nights are possible depending on season. A full cleaning surcharge will be added for stays of less than the minimum required. Each home has individual minimum night stays next to the rates. See specific home page for minimums.


Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is 4:00 P.M. on your arrival date. Checkout is by 10:00 A.M. on your departure date.


Pets and Smoking
Pets are permitted in select properties with prior approval. Due to the number of people with severe pet allergies, an additional non-refundable pet deposit which does not include any damages is required. All properties are NON-SMOKING, no exceptions. Violators are required to pay a substantial cleaning/deodorizing fee.


Housekeeping
Prior to your arrival, your vacation home is clean and furnished with fresh linens, towels and supplies. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available upon request, for an additional fee.


Insufficient Funds Checks
$40 service fee per check will be charged.


Events
Some of our homes allow weddings, large gatherings, receptions, parties and events with a caterer. Some homes are restricted due to the Homeowner Association Regulations. If you are planning any type of event, you are required to discuss the nature of the event with us before the home is confirmed. You will be required to agree to the individual home rules. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no money refunded if your event is not disclosed and approved by Paragon Lodging in advance.

How to Find Us
Breckenridge is located approx. 85 miles West of the Denver city limits. Traveling West on I-70 from Denver, 1 1/2 hour drive, take the Frisco/Breckenridge exit number 203. Follow Highway 9 approximately 10 miles to Breckenridge. Highway 9 turns into Main Street in Breckenridge. Paragon Lodging is located at 325 North Main Street on the right after French Street.
