The Living Room just off the gourmet kitchen, furnished with handmade leather sofas and chairs is the perfect setting for reading next to the stone gas fireplace. Exposed beam ceilings give this room an open, airy feel. Stereo CD/Cassette.

The kitchen is centered on the main level, and is the heart of the home. The custom laid sandstone floors expand through the oversized gourmet kitchen into the exercise room. Fully equipped to satisfy the discerning chef with granite countertops, 6 burner Jenn-Air gas stove, double ovens.

Open Dining Area seats 10, breakfast bar seats 4, additional bar space for 4 is adjacent to kitchen. Home is also equipped with two portable folding tables with chairs. Total seating capacity is 32.

The exercise room is equipped with free weights, treadmill, redwood sauna, shower and a door to the rear deck with upper level hot tub.

Study: (Sleeps 2) Plush leather sofa converts to queen sleeper, gas stone fireplace, leather trunk, wicker chair and FAX machine. Full tub/shower bath shared with Bear Room.

In the lower level the entertainment room boasts a big screen TV with VCR/DVD, surround sound and large movie selection with L shaped red tapestry sectional sofa.

The spacious rec room has a full size pool table, hand carved and custom designed wet bar, TV above bar with custom handmade leather sofa in bar area. There is an additional full size refrigerator in this room.

Large Den: (Sleeps 2) with custom handmade leather sofa, converting to a Queen sofa sleeper and matching chair, stone gas fireplace, stereo CD and door to lower level hot tub and gas grill.

MAIN LEVEL BEDROOMS

Mountain Lei Suite: (Sleeps 2) Very private, King iron poster bed with European tapestry comforter and 2 walk-in closets. Saloon doors lead to full master bath with jetted tub, separate oversize shower, sandstone countertops, custom tile work and double sinks. French doors open to a private deck. The TV/VCR is housed in an antique corner cabinet from a New Mexico church.

Bear Room: (Sleeps 2) Across the hall from the study. Queen poster bed with hand-carved black bear woodwork design and denim linens. Shares hall full bath with tub/shower with the study. Mirrored double closets.

Moose Room: (Sleeps 4) Located down the hall from the Bear Room, this room has 2 Queen beds with whimsical moose linens and walk-in closet. Adjacent bath has double sinks and tub/shower.

Cowboy Bunk Suite: (Sleeps 8) Situated by itself off the kitchen area is a huge bunkroom suite decorated in a cowboy theme with 3 sets of custom built-in twin bunks, and a queen size built-in bunk, TV with Playstation (doubles as DVD), VCR and adjacent bath with shower/tub. The center of attention is a life size wooden carved dog. This magical place is the perfect hangout for youngsters.

Study: (Sleeps 2) Plush leather sofa converts to queen sleeper, gas stone fireplace, leather trunk, wicker chair and FAX machine. Full bath shared with Bear Room.

LOWER LEVEL BEDROOMS

Pikake Suite: (Sleeps 2) 2nd Master bedroom, King bed in light pine, spacious private bath with oversized jetted tub, huge separate shower and double sinks.

Pineapple Room: (Sleeps 2) Queen bed with wicker headboard and quilted linens, double mirrored closets, adjacent hall full bath with tub/shower shared with Red Hibiscus Room.

Red Hibiscus Room: (Sleeps 4) Two Queen beds. Quilted in cheerful red and navy, walk-in closet, adjacent hall full bath with tub/shower shared with Pineapple Room.
